My order ID is 12324196. I ordered it on[protected] and it was marked delivered on[protected] which wasn't delivered to me or anyone I have checked with. The order was a prepaid order of 2487 INR.
When I got the notification for product delivered I contacted customer care for the confusion but did not get any help, they keep saying that the product has been delivered with the otp verification and I should check with someone nearby, I have checked with everyone possible and no one has my package. I have called multiple times to their customer care service, they keep saying that the issue will be resolved in next 24 hours but it has already been 5 months and I still haven't got the product or the refund or any kind of help or mail so far. Please help.

I have ordered six items and used online payment via paytm. The payment was done twice. It was deducted from my bank account

Still order is showing Cash on Delivery Payment option. Order number is #12211459

I have complaint to them but no response....

I have placed an order via clovia app. Amount deducted successful but no order confirmation received. It is showing no order in my order history. I have tried to contact them on whatsapp but they are showing wrong phone number entered. Either place my order or refund my money asap.

On 15 April, 2022, I ordered items of worth 818. Payment is deducted but no confirmation of order is available on the clovia account.

Clovia has initiated refund of 822/- on Jan 25, 2021 but I did not get any refund. It's been 10 days but still I didn't get.

I ordered two dresses. One i returned due to size issue.other I asked for size exchange. Recieved new size dress, but older amount not refunded. Neither transaction reflecting anywhere in app.
How can clovia do this?
Not getting resolution of issue despite several requests and mail sent.

Recently i bought a product from clovia and payed online.
I ordered the product on 1st of july and its been weeks since then and i have been writing mails to them and there is no response from their side.
The delivery status is same as it was on day 1 but the delivery date keeps on increasing and this is so annoying.
If they are not able to deliver then they were not supposed to accept the orders.

I made a transaction for clovia through google pay on 29th june 2020 of rs. 1468.
I have aready mailed the company at [protected]@clovia.com twice.
But there has been no response from their side.
It was mentioned in the mail that they replied that my problem would be resolved within 48hrs, but there was again no response.
I have already had a word with the google pay customer care and they said that the problem is from clovia side.
I would like to have my money back as the order conformation has not been provided.

My order no is 3405687 and i had purchased an assorted baby doll on 08/07/2018 .
But assorted baby doll did not match with product description ... It does not match the color, it does not match the size and does not match the match with the product details .
The product you have given is all wrong.
Please change the product, otherwise return my money .
I tried calling the customer service but there was no response from there...
I even sent a complain via mail and still no response... if they still fail to respond to me I will file a complain in the consumer forum and put the company in trouble... this is the worst brand I've come across ...
This was my first and last order with your company. Your product service is very rubbish and wrong You do not offer the customer what you give the product details on your company's site...
Moreover, this was the first time (Probably the last also) i had place an order with clovia and had a real bad experience.

Hi,
I have purchase BRA from clovia, which was order thru online the order no is 2305077 order value Rs.999/- .
The bra size is different between one cup to other cup.. so unable to wear. I want change the bra...
Please get back the same and replace...

I have ordered a product from clovia. It was wrong size, so returned it for refund. However return was taken in one day but refund is not done yet. Its more then 20days now. When emailed they say amount is credited in your account, check with the bank. N my bank says its not added. They are not receiving customers cal or replying to mails in time. On 11th april 20167 they say refund was processed, later they say it takes 7-10working days. Today its 24th april, 2017 havent received my amount. They are fraud and liars. Clovia is liar. 2089760 is my order number.

Pathetic experience i have ever had when ordering online.

Worst customer care experience, during problem solution they commit something else and delivers something different.

I am following up with this company for more than a month. Whatever i ordered, they delivered wrong size products. And when following up with them they again did the same thing.
I strongly suggest not to go for clovia .

Fraud company, not able to fulfill orders not sure why it is still in the market.

I had ordered item from Clovia.com order no-100705 on FEB 9. I had been charged amount rs. 901 twice. On contacting customer care they told me they would initiate a refund. I did not get a refund even after waiting for the said number of days. On contacting again I was told they had already refunded me on Feb 18. I had not got any refund from them. I contacted them again and they asked me to send them my bankstatement. I have sent my bank statement twice.I have also waited for the said number of days for complaint adressal. Today when i contacted them again they told they cannot open the pdf or the image filr of ank statement. I am tired of innumerable followups AND HAVE NO CLUE HOW TO ASSIST THEM FOR REFUND OF MY MONEY. I want refund of my order amount.
