The worst company to cheat customers for making sales and money.

I received a call from club 9 holidays stating there is an offer running where first 48 customers are gifted with gifts on enrollment. Refer below for assured gift details.
I was asked to choose any gift from the 3 where i chose iphone 7. Thereafter was asked to make payment of 11200/- and gift becomes confirmed. By the words i made a payment of 11200/- through my credit card.
My call was transferred to verification desk where again i was pitched to make another 11200/- which will give me 3 years validity and a cash back of 4000/- instant on a payment of another 11200/- plus again an option of assured gift where i chose hp laptop and made a payment towards the same.
I had a strong intuition that something is wrong and the same thing i had voiced to the verification guy but he assured me that nothing will happen and we will get the same delivered on trust. The gift confirmation was made to me over the call and was told that within 3 to 4 working days of time i will get the gift.
3 working days was past and i received another call from a lady who represented herself to be from club 9 and she confirmed the details of my name and address etc. I even enquired with her about the gift and even she confirmed that it will be delivered shortly. I waited.. And after 13 days what i get is 2 yellow colour envelopes in which there is a voucher coupons form which am unable to understand why did you even send that, it's just a # of toilet paper.
I am very very disappointed from the company and executives whom i spoke to. It's very bad to run a company like you guys are doing.
1. Iphone 7 as assured gift on 11200 with a validity for a year.
2. Hp laptop as assured gift on 11200 with a validity for 2 years.
3. Instant cash back of 4000 against 2nd offer enrolled on 11200.
Now these cheaters have face to say that the call u got and conversation has with the executives and email received has no value... I hope somebody looks at it and action something.
