Club 9 Holidays — one and two year promotional package | |||||
On 30th october 2017, i got a call from club 9 holidays wherein they told that they have a holiday package that can be availed anywhere in india for 4 ppl for 3 nights and 4 days or 2 ppl for 6 nights 7 days. Also as promotional offer they told that they are offering gifts like iphone, one plus 5, nikon camera etc... I found something is wrong but... They called me again and told that there is new emi facility... I can pay in 12 months... So i agreed but when i came to know 11, 200 have been deducted... They told me that i shall get refund of rs. 10, 200 immediately. That did not happen for a month. I called them again... And asked for cancellation of package which while selling they told me that it was not cancellable nor refundable. I was shocked that my hard earned money was gone. I kept on calling them again and again but... The receptionist kept on telling that mam pls book our package... We cannot cancel it. How can i trust these ppl... They are cheaters... There is a scam happening here. Fir shall be lodged but if anyone comes through such thing pls do not pay money to them... They are highly unprofessional, frauds...
