Club Evershine Holiday — Degraded Services offered and not refunding the money

Club Evershine Holidays, They sold me holiday subscription plan on 7 March 2021 for Rs 50, 000 on no interest EMI for 2 year. But I am being charged approx Rs 650 interest per month by the bank. I enquired with the bank and they confirmed the interest should be waived off by the merchant. Which has not happened, Hence, I have to pay the interest.

In the plan I was assured of only 4/5 star hotel bookings. But when I requested for a booking, I was offered only cheap/below average hotels.

I was assure that the plan includes international vacation also and nothing extra is to be paid for it. But when I requested for a hotel booking, I was offered only cheap hotels and was asked to USD 99-299 to process the bookings. This is a huge amount only for processing. I could get the same hotels at much lower price and without processing charges in open market. Then why should someone buy their package. This was in complete contrast of their promises while selling the plan to me.

I was guaranteed that, if I am not satisfied with the package at any time in future. My money would be refunded back on pro-rata basis if I had used any service or complete amount if I have not used any service. However they deviously manipulated me to sign an agreement which they said was only for formality. They did not mention about agreement till I paid the money. After taking the money the executive asked me to sign the papers to process the package and gave a copy to me. In that agreement, they had denied many features which was offered to me during presentation and sale of the package. When I raised this discrepancy issue, I was told the agreement was old and will be updated with a latest one soon. But they never updated the agreement. Also, I was told about a confirmation call to confirm the package, but they never called me. Also, I was told about a customer card and kit which will be sent by post. I haven’t received anything from them yet.

After experiencing the degraded services being offered, I decided to cancel my subscription and asked for a full refund on 21st April 2021. At first they outright reject and did not accept that I was offered cheaper hotels instead of the promised 4/5 star hotels. After many discussions on phone call, they agreed to cancel the package and refund my money back. The salesman(Afraz Khan) accepted his mistake that he lied about services provided for the sake of sale and agreed to process the refund request. He requested that I will not take his name for the wrong doings and in turn he will process the refund. After that, I was told by Kaushal Rai(owner) that I will get the refund by 1st week of May 2021.

However, I did not receive any refund and when I tried to call Afraz Khan, he ignored my calls and blocked my phone numbers. Also, Kaushal Rai started ignoring my phone calls and WhatsApp messages. Kaushal Rai(owner) started lying and giving new dates for refund and on every date a new excuse for not doing it. From 21st April to 25 September 2021, Kaushal Rai gave me over 20 dates and never processed the refund. Now, he his ignoring my messages and has blocked my phone number. I am expecting my Rs 50, 000, EMI interest for 7 months(Rs 6000) But, I am left powerless to confront such cunning fraudsters.




Requesting state machinery and judicial system to bring Kaushal Rai, Afraz Khan and Club Evershine to justice.

Beware People! Fraud company!!

The firm is cheating people by false promises and ignoring them after getting their money. They work with multiple companies and contact numbers. After taking the money, issues will start happening. Services will be delayed till the point that, customer is frustrated and starts accepting dedgraded services or leaves the money. They have many complaints in consumer court. Most of these ratings and reviews are from fake people or working in the company. I was told I will get my money refunded, but they gave excuses for 7 months and then denied. I have lost Rs 57, 000/- to them. Please stay away from Club Evershine/Kaushal Rai/Afraz Khan/Komal/Raunak/Raj.
