These complaints are killing a lot, I request you all, don't let people's hard earned money go to waste. How many times have I called but no response... asked for booking 10 times but every time I got nothing but disappointment. Fraud fraud fraud!! Everyone traveling to mussoorie or any hill station don't fall into their trap. They are all fake people.
They have cancelled my package and still charging me just because I used my debit card. Once you buy package they will make your life hell. I have taken club evershine membership worth 74000, and they told us that they will be providing 4-5 star hotels with wich they have alliance. But all seems to be false, whenever i call them for booking they always tell no inventory available even in less travelled places. I never got any good hotels from their side and I have to cancel all my plans because of this. When I asked for refund they are not giving refund also, but their salesmen...

I have booked a package worth rupees 1.48 lakhs for 3 nights 4 days(2 night beach villa and 1 night water villa) on 24/06/2022 to 27/06/2022 in which speedboat transfer from airport to resort was included.
After reaching the resort I got to know that speed boat transfer was not included in the package and I had to pay 294 dollar, without paying resort was not allowing us to enter in the room. For which I immediately called evershine...

Litelly you are fraud company, 40, 000 is very big amount for middle class family daughter.. i am unemployed and i gave my all saving to you then now i understand you did false promise, fake information to customers...

In April 2021, i 'have brought a holiday package of worth rupees 84k in the hope to give chance to startup to help in company 's growth but at the end I am standing at a point where I feel cheated and...
