I was misrepresented and misguided, the company club holizone/Club hozo duped me 92000 Rs. Company is totally fraud, Company staff are very clear to deceive the people. They have cheated thousands of people including me.
Incident happened on 22 Dec 2019, I was called to provide free tour coupon 3N/4D in Gurugram office: HOLIZONE CLUB & RESORT INDIA PVT LTD., Unit no- 206 A, 2nd floor, Mega Mall Golf Course Road, Gurugram- 122001
Their sales person Mr. Devilal tried all efforts to showcase all fraud pictures and tried to sale the tour. Club Holizone is a timeshare company. It offers 5yr, 10yr and 25yr plans. I purchased their blue card membership for 5 years 7N/8D per year that cost me 92000 Rs advance and 9834 Rs. Per year as AMC fees. It’s been 1 month and I didn’t get my membership kit till now which they promised that they will send to my address. They shown me very luring videos of five star properties all over India but few days later when I talked to their customer care executive, they send me a mail containing list of all cheap oyo rooms available in just 1100 to 2500 Rs per night tariff on other hotel booking sites. When I complaint about their properties and asked for refund they simply denied by saying that there is nowhere written in their policy document that they will provide 5 star properties. I am paying almost 5000 Rs per night and that too in advance and they are providing me 1100 per night Oyo rooms. There application and website is useless, there is no information about any properties that they have contract with, you can’t see your booking status, I wonder why they developed that application and website. There sales person Mr. Devilal(Dev) and customer care executive Ms. Manisha both are liar, now stopped picking up my phone.
I have no idea what I can do now, I lost my hard earned money and mental peace due to these fraudsters. I request you please help me get my money back. Thanks in advance.
