I Have Been A Member Of This Club Holizone Since 2019 For 10 Yrs. Availed The Facilities 2-3 Times . For My Last Booking In June 2022.I Have Paid Full Maintenance Of Rest Of The Years. However, The Company Is Not Responding Now For The Booking . And No Contact No/ Mobile No. Is Working . I Am Trying To Book Since Oct 2023.

• I have made payment of Rs.75, 000.00 on 10.11.2019 for my admission fee and advance paid toward membership price.
• As per your terms and conditions, Refund of above fee can be asked within 10 days of cooling period from the date of Payment. The refund to be made within 45 days as per your terms and conditions.
• I applied for refund on 16.11.2019 with cooling period.
• But I still waiting for the refund.

I have taken the the Membership number CLHOZO2523 on 10th Nov-19.
I have applied for refund of my admission fee and advance for Rs.75, 000.00 paid toward membership price as per terms and conditions i.e. within 10 days of cooling period from the date of Payment.

I have made payment on 10.11.2019 and applied for refund on 16.11.2019 as given in trailing mail.

I expect the refund within 45 days as per terms and conditions but I still waiting for the same.

Kindly expedite for refund.
