Club Jiva — booking request since 1 month but they not provide any confirmation | |||
Date : 14/10/2018. Complaint : i asked to book for a room on 14th sep 2018. I continuously followed in email for 3-4 times but they says booking not available on dates i given. I then ask them to provide their dates of availability. After some days they reply with one date and i asked to book for that date. Its almost 25 days completed, they still not provide me any confirmation or any updates on booking status. I asked to cancel my membership, but they reply membership is not cancellable. Now i want to file a cheating case against club jiva for harassment. Was this information helpful? | |||
