Beware of this Fraudulent and cheating company Club Jiva . Just run away from it as soon as you hear that name "Club Jiva"

Hi friends.

I want to share my yet another experience with club Jiva and its rediculous, irresponsible and rude behavior. I insist never fall pray for any membership or so called services from Club Jiva or any other organization associated with club Jiva.

I took membership of this holiday packages around 2014 in Goa. Those guys chase us around Goa beaches wasting our valuable time and trap us with their untruthful promises and services of their holiday package. I am one of the victims for the same.

I never had a satisfiable booking experience nor a stay experience till date. Unfortunately I have renewed my membership in 2022 with 30000 INR, on promise that they will carry over my balance nights and extend the 2 years covid period along with 2 additional years and also said this is the best renewal option upgrading the membership to Privilege(their definition of privilege membership is better service - i.e., quick response to our booking requests or any other queries) which means their regular membership they themselves define the service or respond is not appropriate. And also promised to give some gift vouchers

and smart watch as renewal gift.

I say again, this is an unfortunate decision as the temptation was there that they will respond better in future and their services might improve better that too after covid tourism development.

Now after this I got the vouchers of food(KFC, McD, Pizza Hut, Myntra etc), clothing etc which are simply useless. Not used even one of them.

And smartwatch is not delivered, I have followed up on this for more than 15 times via email or msg till mid of 2023.(hold on to this point).

Last year in June I wanted to book a hotel in Goa or Kerala, with 1 week advance dates - the next day they responded saying no hotels are available in both location. I immediately asked for any other possible location. They simply said some hotels are available towards last week of June or first week of July. Which is 3 weeks after our planned dates.

I asked which hotels which available in those last week dates. No proper response. They never give stright input to us which will help in concluding and proper planning of our travel. after too many mail conversations for more than a week which is useless I dropped the travel plan as those dates were clashing with my other personal commitments.

When we try to call, nobody will respond and when we mail them to call back for quick resolution nobody calls back.

Then comes our great Oct experience - This time I approached them 10 days in advance for reservation. After 2 days they respond that no rooms are available at that location for given dates. I asked for other available location options, after 4 more days they come back with a location with 2000 INR per night additional charges. And after 3 more days of continuous follow up, almost like begging them for hotel bookings options in other location, they come back on 12th Oct; My first mail went to them on 4th of Oct with Manali option. If there is any delay in response from their side they say its some technical issues.! funny isnt it.

If not mail, they can call but they wont. In between there will be multiple diversions and arguements from their team wasting our time and efforts they simply dont care of respect to customer or the services asked for.

Now, they booked the hotel for 3 nights in Manali instead of 5 or 6 nights that I asked for, was even Ok with switching of hotels in between if needed.

They said rooms are not available. One help they did is to book along with breakfast after multiple requests ofcourse as we were travelling with kid.

Here comes the surprising part, when we checked into the hotel, the room was absolutely average - we were ok with that, no other choice there.

BUT the whole hotel was empty as they said its off season and all the rooms were vacant since more than couple of weeks and the next weeks as well and our club Jiva friend said no rooms were available when we asked for 5/6 days stay.

Because of which we have to squeeze our vacation and book our flight tickets accordingly - remember they confirmed this booking just 4 days before the checkin date - you can imagine the flight costs 4 days before.! And when we asked why they said that the rooms are not available when the whole hotel is empty for so many weeks time, they give some silly reasons that they booked it via a partner. Now how does it help a customer. It would have been easy that we can book ourselves, better hotels for better price for the required number of days, isnt it?

Now lets do the calculations. I enquired personally the hotel charges per night. they said its 1200 INR per night on those specific nights which we stayed. I paid 30K for 3 years renewal and Annual Maintenance Charges they levy is 9500 INR per year. Which comes to 19500 per year(10000 yearly renewal+ 9500 AMC). And they give 7 nights per year now if we calculate on this it comes to 2785 INR per night and the kind of hotels and standards they offer is as I mentioned, 1200 INR per night. And in my previous booking pre covid, I either paid additional utility charges most of the time which is[protected] INR per night or have paid additional amount to hotel directly for better room options as I was travelling along with my kid all the time.

So with respect to cost benefit as well its worst. We wont have good option to select the right hotel at right location for the right dates and for the right amount of time or Money.

The icing on the cake is the ridiculous behavior of their sales or booking teams. They jump onto argument all the time. I always wonder who is the customer and who is trying to control whom and on whose terms.! They never respond on time, they never take our schedule into consideration nor respect the views of the customer.

All I realized is - just because we are paying them the amount in advance, they play with us. Nothing less. We are just trapped.

Now when this year started, In the month of Jan, all of a sudden I get a mail saying my account will be blocked if I dont pay AMC charges for within 5 days time if not they will levy 18% interest on AMC charges and block my membership for 6 months. Please note the way they treat a customer because its the customer who is loosing the money. This kind of enthusiasm wont be there for any reservation booking or any responses.

Now I raised the point about my smart watch promise which they made in Dec 2022 which is about 1.2 years. They were silent again for few days days

After 4 days they replied back saying that will dispatch the watch and asking for AMC payment again. I just replied do the despatch first.

To my surprise they have dispatched the FireBoltt smart watch with a twist.

It was not working, not even switching on; And the charger wire is not the right one either. They said they opened the box and tested it before dispatching.! does anyone really open any electronic device before dispatching to customer.?

When I informed them about the condition along with video o[censored]nboxing they asked to return. Its waste of return charges for me.! Again after 2 weeks I followed up on status and also asked for refund of my renewal fee as I had enough of this nuisance. They responded back soon saying membership is non-refundable:) And asked me to check on membership terms and conditions.

I tried to argue that the Terms and Conditions is applicable to the membership payment and I have not got any written or signed anything like this during my renewal process. To this they say new and old membership are not different its the same rules.

I do not get their logic nor the legal aspect as I have signed a document of Terms and conditions on membership document and payment,

I think these rules CANNOT be by default for every payment made afterwards. Its definitely not written that way in the Terms and condition document atleast.

I am no legal expert though.

After 2 more weeks time they have dispatched the smartwatch which is in working condition. Its not in usage till now atleast. But seems in working condition.

Once I confirm on that, immediately I get the mail asking for payment of AMC the same day or they will permanently close my membership.

I Asked for 1 week time to decide if I need to go for this payment or not and assess if it makes sense to continue with this kind of membership or not.

They responded very soon that no such option and close they payment within the same day 5 PM.

I just replied go ahead with that.! as I realized its waste of talking to them further wasting to assess such unprofessional organization just looting hard earned money and giving stupid services and additional headache in the name of Holiday package.

Here I have lost 30000 INR renewal fee, 50000 INR for membership fee and lost peace of mind every time I try for any reservation booking or talking to them for any information, service or clarification. Just for your information I have more than 45+ nights left out as balance valid till 2027.

Not that I have availed everything from Clubjiva and just raising complaint on them. Its a total loss in all ways. Be ware of such pathetic organizations.

And when I told them to cancel my membership and asked them NOT to treat customers like this taking their money, their response was

"Thanks for your Advice"

You can understand their attitude and satirical nature in serving their customers by taking the money affront.

Never fall in prey with such disgusting and unprofessional, rude companies. They are just there to loot you in the name of Holiday packages and booking. They would never respond properly and professionally for any reservation bookings or any other query but when they ask for payments they are just over enthusiastic and never give time, chasing people like anything with quick satires and arguments.

This is my overall experience with Club Jiva. A great one. Beware of this. Run away from this if you hear this name.

I am sharing this experience to enable people on such kind of fraud and disgusting companies around and avoid any temptations thinking about having good vacation time with family when needed. The reality is totally opposite and pain taking with such companies.

    I wanted to complaint against Club Jiva for their unsatisfactory Services and false commitments by Club Jiva.

    I have been in Goa in 2019 and we on our way exploring roads of North Goa, there we met some person which gave scratch voucher and we are now have lucky winner voucher and in order to avail this we have visit one hotel conference hall. We agreed and we followed them to avail voucher. Like us, they we also taking other people available, waiting to avail vouchers as they were also win lucky winner voucher and that is how they took us to one hotel conference room …it was actually a trap to make us and other people and make them fall in their trap.

    They took us to some hotel premise conference and they explained that since we are winner, they also have other travel resorts programme and wanted to showed that they have some tie up with hotel and resorts domestic within India and international.

    Unknowingly not knowing about the marketing Gimmicks we fallen prey, we purchased Club Jiva agreement.
    Details of Agreement- Purchase agreement number-CJ/CT/R/C313).
    Date of purchase- 02march2019.
    Validity - 01Jan2021 to 31Dec2023
    Amount of purchased agreements - INR51000.
    As we have clearly told them, we can only plan trips from Year 2021onwards. There was this person name Nayeem Jiva Club executive who promised us that he will be assisting us for any further bookings and other services and queries. But after we returned to Mumbai, we tried calling him for an assistance and this person was not answering calls and no update if any queries raised, I was mentally tortured and tired with his follow ups I have later stopped messaging and calling him.
    However, in year2020 onwards Covid started and later due to travel restrictions there were no travel plans and later I also had Covid and my family was also ill.
    Club Jiva executive Ms. Nusrat she started calling and have send email for annual payment in 2022 for renewal fee amount and every time I had spoken to her about their executive Nayeem and his lack of interest to help us and she said will check and get back, so there were no clear communications and there was no resolution.
    So far, no help and communication for queries we raised earlier. As I found this in my cupboard seeing validity ending on 31Dec2023, I tried contacting them and spoke to Ms Nusrat and then she gave me some offer for annual payment to which I said I will come to office in person and then will think to pay only if I am satisfied if my early queries resolved as was already not happy with lack of communication from Mr. Nayeem but I never got chance to visit due to my sick parents and also later I read complaints and reviews about Club Jiva on internet and on complaint forums then I decided that will not make any annual payment due to unsatisfactory services and so asked for refund as I have never used their services, but they are saying that this policy is non-refundable and as per their records I have to make payment of annual payment of INR29, 250 for year 2021, 2022 and year 2023.

    I rejected to pay as experienced a worst service from time I have purchased this agreement and again don’t want to fall for this and so now as per their latest email received on 14sep2023 they mentioned me as defaulter for not making annual payment and I have to forfeit the amount I paid so far towards this membership.

    Please help as now I really feel mentally stressed and really don’t want to avail any of their services and desperately need that money as I am only bread winner in my house.

        Complaint for refund my membership fee and 3 yrs service charges

        Club Jiva is a fraud company.
        I am a member of club jiva since 2018 and its been almost 5 years and the company couldnt even arrange 1 trip. Whenever we enquire for bookings either they say that we not have hotels in that area or no bookings for the specified time period.

        When we try to call them or confront them regarding the same they very confidently lie to us saying that they didnt recieve the mail or we are trying...

        Tour & Vacation ( Hotel Stay)

        Dear all club jiva members,

        I am member of clubjiva and I stay in Baroda, My complaint against Mr.Niraj Tanna ( So called Karishma Tanna"s Brother ), Farzana ( Mr. Tanna informed she is assist my all booking ), Mr.Hitesh (He is Help ful till july 2023 and now always busy and not responding and misguide and not initiate my booking ) and Other all cheater employee of Club jiva . I am trying since november to book my holiday...

        This is a Fraud company and just want to cheat the customer by lucrative offers. It happened with me in Feb 2021 when I was in Matheran with my family, they called me for some promotional events and then somehow managed me to purchased their travel product and I paid their fees of Rs.1 Lac at that time because they gave me assurance that there is a 15 days grace period and if customer want they can cancel this agreement and get their money refund which is also mentioned in their company website Discliamer. After 2 days only after this I had some financial emergency and therefore I wanted to cancel this agreement hence I called this sales person and informed them about cancellation of this Agreement.
        But as soon as I informed them about cancellation of this agreement, a sudden change in their behavior and they denied the cancellation of this travel product and no refund of money. As I am the Advocate I sent them a Legal notice and gave a sufficient time to return my money else to file a court case. They did not bother and not even replied to my notice hence I filed a consumer complaint in Consumer district forum and it is now at last stage…I appeal you all victims of such scams and fraud led by all such company should be dragged in court of law for Justice.

          Dear all club jiva members,

          I too is member of clubjiva and I stay in Mumbai went there office of Andheri twice but there office is shut down few months back as per the confirmation received from society watchman and few members of society.

          So it means they are closed no office not even attending call, hardly they reply mail and every time they reply same line to Wait as they are working on our request.

          So it's high time need to lodge a police complain for this cheater company.

              Club JiVA convinced my parents to pay for the membership to pay for the package, but every year we face the same problem for last 5 years. No one answers phone call, hotels not available, and if we give notice JIVA team 6 months ago, Jiva is not able to reserve. Jiva will ask you wait until the last month before your holidays planned, and by that time all their hotels are booked, so my parents had to cancel or change their plans several times. Now my parents are at a point where they have to just take any location, any hotel which is available in the country because they dont their money to be wasted. Please think of such case for your parents who are retired and want to enjoy some vacation time. But in reality it is a headache.
              What can Jiva club do to get us out this mess? Ibwant my parents to get their money back at least for the remaining period of the membership.

                Hello my membership id is CJ/MP/R/01004 while selling the membership they told us this is for 4 person of your family, both husband wife and two children. Infact last year the gave me booking for GOA for my family without any issue. Now they are saying the gae of children can only be 6 years and 3 years. Which is neither mentioned in any of the document nor verbally told to me. This is simple case of cheating and fraud.

                So either they need to do the booking for my family or refund by 80000 Rs with immediate effect

                    I have availed club jiva membership in 2019 by paying 1 lakh for 10 years. Now whenver i wantto avail servixes they are neither responding on time nor providing booking to the promised resort or hotel. They keep on changing hotels and day by day the level of hotel is deteriorating. Also all prominent loxation are also removed or having very limitedand that too in a veryblow budget hotel.on the other hand in just 3 years they have increased annual maintenance from 6250 to 9750. So totally cheating and misrepresentation happening at club jiva

                      In a fraudly way, they sold us, their trial membership plan of 14 day/13 night staty free in al over india, valid for 2 years, in Dharanshala, Guy name, was Mr. Rahul, and one girl by the name, Sristika, she was telling she is from Sikkim, So these two guy and there were their team of 5 to 6 people some from account department also there, they all were at Sapphire hotel in Dharanshala and they informed us about their plan, we refused to buy and asked let us think on it give some time, so they forced no, sir you can buy our trila plan, of 38000 which, they sol us and swapped my two credit cards there for the payment. and asked that after 48 hours you will get all the login credentials and customer id generated, and we will book your upcoming bookings from our end. but its more than, 5 days, no body is picking up the call, neither that bithch Sristika, nor that fraudster Rahul.

                      We want refund of that plan we do not want there services.
                      Please help.

                        On 23rd April'2023 I (along with my wife and my son) meet with your team, in Dharamshala as who were in a very cheated way called us in your fraud campaign, saying that Club Jiva company is celebrating its anniversary of 20 years of service, one of your executive provided us one scratch card and said open it and you will get an exciting prize if you won, and but condition is that you have to scratch only after the completion of the seminar and have to attand the seminar than only you can scratch.
                        So by this he introduce us with your team members, Sristika, Mr Rahul, and some 3 4 staff were more there some of them were from Account department may be.
                        Then that ### Sristika briefed us about your fraud membership plan, and Mr. Rahul the master of all these fraudster game, he gave us all the information and asked to buy the plan, unfortunately there was no limit in my card so I was not able to purchase your 95000 rs membership, but then he offered me for a trial plan of costing 38000, and said we will provide emi option and you can swap your two cards for this, and we will deduct the amount of interest amount also, and then he sold us your trial plan, saying that its a 14 night/13days tour plan valid for 2 years and you can avail inside India, and you will get stay in 5 & 4 star property in your destination place, if the panel hotel will not be available then we will provide alternative options available there.
                        But since then that madhar chod ka baccha apni maa chuda rha h phone nai pick kr rha h, na hi koi call aaya aapki company se, vo Kutiya Sristika bhi apni maa behan krwa rhi h khi,
                        They cheated us
                        we want our money back, refund, we dont want any service from your side.

                          Dear Jiva Team,
                          I am writing this email to express my deep dissatisfaction with the services provided by your club. I had taken membership in your club with the expectation of receiving luxurious facilities such as a 5-star property, pick and drop services, and many more amenities. However, the services provided to me did not meet my expectations. Additionally, I did not get personal RM 24*7 support or room booking priority as well, as committed by the Jiva club team.
                          Moreover, the recent room provided to me is of a low category like 2 stars or less, and it does not meet my expectations. I am highly disappointed with the amenities provided, and I feel that I have been severely inconvenienced.
                          Therefore, I request you to change my membership to another ward that meets my expectations on an urgent basis, or I request you to cancel my membership altogether. The false promises made by the Jiva club team have had a highly negative impact on my overall experience, and I am left feeling deeply unsatisfied.
                          I would like to inform you that I am willing to take the necessary steps to file a complaint against your company with the consumer court if my concerns are not addressed in a satisfactory manner.
                          I hope you will take my concerns seriously and take appropriate action to resolve this matter. I look forward to hearing back from you at the earliest possible.

                            Two days ago we attend ed ur seminar in daman.then they gave us argument. Finally I read the agriment. They dont tell us about maintance charge 9000.we can't afford to pay this amount. So please I request you to cancell my member ship.and refund our money..and contact us as soon as possible.

                              My membership number is CJ/MA/0907. I request them to book an hotel room at Nainital from 5th Aug2023 to 8th Aug2023. I given request via email on 15th Feb2023. But after contacting and writing them so many mails regarding status of my booking first they said we have sent your request to our IRA Property and will let me know.
                              Now they are telling me that you please mail us in the mid of April2023. or give alternative option.
                              I have already booked my confirmed tickets 2 months before now its not possible to get a confirm ticket on alternative dates.
                              Please don't Harres the member of your Club Jiva. Hope you will understand the problem and give me booking on the required dates.

                                Club Jiva is a fraud company. For them money is everything and no customer service. I have taken membership with Rs. 67000 for 10 years in 2019. Due to corona pandemic, we have not used any holidays. In 2022, Ms Nusrat has asked to pay AMC of 2019 to avail a week holiday during, which is valid use till 2029. I paid Rs. 8250 AMC in January 2022. When I have asked for a week holiday in January 2023, they are asking for AMC again for year 2021. But they have clearly told me that with one AMC payment, I can get one free week holiday till 2029. This is a fraud. I have full email conversation that I can show as a proof.

                                Totally fraud company, and don't deal with them. And their resorts are below below average, even you can find good yourself from MakeMyTrip or GoIbibo.

                                  We are a member of club jiva since 2018 and its been almost 5 years and the company couldnt even arrange 1 trip. Whenever we enquire for bookings either they say that we not have hotels in that area or no bookings for the specified time period. When we try to call them or confront them regarding the same they very confidently lie to us saying that they didnt recieve the mail or we are trying but after taking a follow up they switch off their phones never pick up their help line number nor give a proper response. Instead they talk very rudely to customers and do fake claims very confidently.
                                  They call us regularly for Annual Maintanence fee but never provide us with service. The company is just fraud. Our money has gone waste. Requesting you to please take necessary action so that they can never fool other people.

                                  I dont want any other deals from Club Jiva, i just want my money back and cancel the membership. The company is just fraud.

                                    I order a order on 25 November from burger club, for some reason I cancel it. And still they didn't give my money back. Zamoto is the horrible customer service
