Club Jiva — Deposit amt Refund

I am member of club jiva . At the time of membership club jiva officer give many assurance to service & join club jiva.. but i have no experience about club jiva . but trust ... 2 month ago i got news that club jiva cheat his member never give you service after mebership. now i request for room in Ahmadabad from 25 to 28 December.. & request submit 10 days ago also call clubjiva officer Renu madam.. but now answer . we dont have have availability in these date...so want to refund by deposit Amt. Rs. 10, 000/- paid at the time membership
