[Resolved] Club Jiva — False information provided by fraud club jiva & its sales team

I took membership of club jiva in the month of february'17 in goa basis product details provided by their sales team however later we came to know that all the information provided to us was incorrect. They have done it intentionally just to sell their product.
Now from last 5 months we are following up for refund but they are not giving proper response and delaying it. Day before yesterday, we have received an email that they will confirm refund date by end of this month.
I have personally contacted mr. Lavlesh lala (Md of club jiva) and he is also not taking proper action.

Updated by lalitpahwa If this is not the forum to address any query related to you, then process our refund amount before 31st July 2017. Why are you expecting us to follow up from such a long time?

The reason we are writing in this forum because you people are not doing your job properly and every one should know what kind of service Club Jiva is giving to their Customers.
