[Resolved] Club Jiva — Gift Voucher | |||||
I had been awarded Club Jiva voucher as winner. Had been promised 5 nights/6 days free accommodation in any of their tie up location. I had been following up with them since October'16 and at that time I was told to call and do bookings in April'17 as till March'17 its full. When i called in April'17 they told me to call in June'17 as its not available. In the meantime y voucher validity dates are going to expire and how should i resolve this issue. they are not living up to their commitment. Was this information helpful? | |||||
