[Resolved] Club Jiva — Misguiding while selling membership | |||||
Last year while im on vacation with my family at Daman Club Jiva representative misguiding us regarding some lucky draw after that they sale their holiday membership to us while taking membership they said anytime you can cancel your membership. We try to continue our membership for that we going to pay installment but we not received any membership card so we stop paying and coordinate with them but their is no response from there side finally decide to close membership now we contact them they said their is no policy we have to cancel your membership and their is no refund, the amount we pay to begin our membership is Rs14000/- now they said no refund however we going to move to consumer compliant forum to teach them good lesson.
