[Resolved] Club Jiva — Not getting booking | |||
Shruti Desai 4:54 PM (13 minutes ago) to support, resrvation Dear sir/Madam We are trying from last 15 days for booking the hotel at Goa. But we are not getting any reply from the head office . We need the reservation for[protected] to[protected]. We have frequently called on [protected]/[protected]. they are telling they will call back but till date we have not got any call or mail of reservation.Even today morning she told us that she will give the booking but she will mail in the afternoon. but till now we have not received any mail. now when i am calling the office is closed. Our holidays will be spoiled if we do not get the reservation . Kindly give us the reservation otherwise we will have to cancel our membership .
