I have taken 5 year plan worth 60000 and now I have some personal problems and want to cancel my membership bit they are not helping me out. My membership has still not started and I have not even received any membership card also. How is it possible to not cancel the membership and refund the money. Still no action on my complaint. I have become member of club jiva on 23rd October 2015 and from 26th October 2015 I am chasing them for refund and cancellation. Dripped so many mails to their customer support. Still no reply. No action. No response. Please follow up on this complaint. In case any details required contact [protected]
