I am member of clubjiva. Have taken membership in year year 2017 by paying 90000. I have sent booking request for 2 nights at Nainital on 13th Jan 2019. Usually booking confirmation takes 48hrs as per clubjiva process. Now its more than 7 days and still no confirmation has been sent to me. I have sent repeated email about the delay in confirmation but no executive even acknowledged my emails and nor replied on it.
As for booking of clubjiva, one has to communicate by email only. I have tried to contact Nayeem who has given me membership by saying that he will help me everytime for booking. But his cell always shows out of reach or he never pick up the call. I am trying to speak with customer care as this is the second option customer can do for booking but reply is always as' all executives are busy right now'. I have tried morning, afternoon, evening time by calling them hardly succeed in connecting with them.Only Two times customer care received mycall but cut my the call without giving the solution of my booking. For this booking, I am wasting my valuable office duty time
Clubjiva office time is only 10 30 am to 5 pm only. U have no other alternative. Hence its my request to people to think thousand times before taking clubjiva membership. Better way to go with the tour agency companies. If someone has to speak with me before taking membership you can contact me on [protected].
