[Resolved] Club Jiva — Regarding refund of amount rs 60000/-

Dear Sir/ Madam
Club Jiva had still not refunded the amount Of Rs 60, 000/- Paid by my Credit Card on 13.01.15 when I was on Holiday at Goa.
They had given me a membership deal which their concerned person had wrongly given me Blue membership instead of their commited Red One in Rs. 60, 000/-.
When I went back to them on 14.01.16, they took back all the membership Papers from me & agreed to refund my money as per my Application & their Acceptance (App. Enclosed).
Till date after my several Reminders I have not received my payment nor have I received any response from their Side.
Kindly help me get my Money back as early as possible.

Club Jiva "The Big Scammer" is not resolving any issue posted on Indian Consumer Complaints Forum but this website is showing 67% satisfactory rating LOL, they are just copy pasting the same response and this website is taking it as positive response also the club jiva is forcing cheated people to mark the post as resolved first after that we could process your refund but please be aware they are not going to give your money back. Take strong legal action against them jointly.

This is your kind information that "Club Jiva" has taken their company registration in 2013 then how they can celebrate 5th anniversary since last one year. They are bloody cheater with a great convincing brain.
