Club Jiva — Very cheap attitude of the staff especially the manager

My husband and I been to Goa and was given a free voucher to scratch by a representative we had won a holiday package, the rep informed that we had to attend a presentation for an hour if we are not interested after the presentation we can collect the gift voucher and he would also get 1k . We went there because the representative said that he will earn 1k if I just attend the presentation.We went there they took our details and my visa card. The rep was friendly and was more interested in my personal lufe rather than selling his package. Later after an hour they spoke about their company and what exactly they do, I too was discussing on the package as I was a member of Club Mahendra, later his manager came and with a very cheap attitude he spoke, after which he started commenting loudly to his colleagues in a very cheap manner, after sometime he came and spoke very rudely and arrogantly.
