[Resolved]  Club Meridian — Not providing any booking even after many follow ups

I have taken 3 yrs membership in Jun 22. Since then i am following with them for my first vacation booking. For first vacation after discussion with their senior, i have done travelling bookings, Later i got options also and i have confirmed too . Now they are not sending my booking confirmation. Please help me resolve my issues. Either give me confirmed booking or refund my money.

After 4 months struggle, finally i have got 1st booking but i have to paid extra money for second location. Otherwise my first vacation plan almost had cancelled. Thanks to Mr. Kapil who helped me to get my first vacation. Also customer care people promised me that going forward i will not face such issues and once i marked this as resolved, they will send me this on email and also bill copy of my second location payment. Till now experience was frustrated. After having first vacation, lets hope smooth and customer friendly experience next time as they promised me verbally. Thanks to Mr. Kapil again who really cares about customers. Got first vacation after so much struggle and also promise that next time will not face such issues. Lets hope so...

Next time if i face same issues again then will open this complaint.

Hi ma'am, I have also purchased a Holydays Membership by Name Amita Sharma by Club Meridien A unit of Countryard Holidays pvt ltd.
My enrollment number is CM/02/2021/1162. Now neither there no contact no. is in use nor mail id as no response from there. My contact no. is 8273879585. Plz add me In ur group to get help.

We are sufferers too. Please contact this no.[protected]. We are making a WhatsApp group to knock down these frauds.
I am one of the victims too. I have collected a lot of information about these goons. I have the AADHAR card information of "Tapas Saha" the owner of this fraud company. I have the mobile numbers of the workers there and call recordings of their ex-employees. I want to help in the investigation. By the way, Mr. Kapil is a fake name his name is Tapas Saha. He uses a phony name to talk to customers.
