I have paid 2lac+ rupees for a 20 yr membership but after just one outing they blocked all numbers and email ids
There is now way of contacting them

I have purchased the Club Meridian Plan on dated[protected] for 10 years which includes 70 days for stay in india and 5 days Dubai trip as complimentary. I paid Rs. 153000 for this plan. In starting I have booked 4 days in India and availed the good facility.

Suddenly I cam to know that it was a scam and they are not replying my mails . All telephone lines are not reachable....

I have paid 198000 to the company and despite several talks and requests with the company no response. I had then requested refund. No response . I went to their registered office in east of kailash and did not find anybody there.

I have purchased a holiday plan paying app 2lac+ rupees. Initially i was able to book holidays but now I have trying to book vacations but not able to contact through email or customer care. Seems they have flown away. It is a fraud done by some group of persons. Want to take further action.

I have purchased a holiday plan paying...

I had bought a package from Club Meridien in 2022 for 28000 . The dealing sales person was Ajaz Salmani whose photo is also attached .
They had committed 14 days package valid for 3 years . But now all phones are off and mail deliveries are failing .The website is also down.

No possibility of contact with company .
They have done complete fraud .

I bought a plan from club meridian in September 2021. They made so many promises and I paid 80, 000 for the plans..after following up for many many times..I got only 2 bookings 1 in Gurgaon and 1 in Gwalior.

After that we have been trying to reach them since 7-8 months and they are denying all our trip plans, they don't pick up phone.
I'm really suffering because of all this, they are proper scammers, said sugar coated things and are frauding innocent people .

They swiped my card for a holiday package valid for 3 years but after that it's impossible to contact them and have not provided even a single day holiday package even after repeated complaints.

They are fraud and must be prosecuted

Hi, i was got membership 2022 but when i choose any plan they had denied me ki hotel is not available, etc. i already had requested to please cancel my membership and refund my total money i.e. 70, 000/- but no response from their end. very poor and totally fraud company.

For first vacation after discussion with their senior, i have done travelling bookings, Later i got options also and i have confirmed too . Now they are not sending my booking confirmation. Took a membership of Club Meridian https://www.clubmeridien.com/ on 11th Dec 2022. Since the very next day (In less than 24 hours) i have been trying to book my hotel for 2N/3D but no reply and ask to pay extra amount for mandatory dinner at hotel. Because my membership id valid for all seasons, so why they put such restriction. Then I requested to cancel my membership and get refund but for no success. I paid an amount of INR 85, 000/-....

Yesterday ie 28th Oct. 22, I took 10 years membership only to know later that it is a fake company that is impersonating some big brands.

I paid Rs. 2, 30, 000/- towards this membership.

I want refund immediately now as this company is fake....

I purchased a package of 2 years or 14 days from the club meridian company from there camp in ambala. This is an absolute fraud company which recieves the money from people and just puffs away. I paid 28, 500 Rs. to them and the next very day there employee named sanjay and lucky just vanished. They were not receiving my calls and mails. Please anyone reading this, don’t get yourselves in this fraud and save your money.

I have been calling by there sales representative for coming in hotel Vijay intercontinental tilak nagar kanpur for taking free vouchers movie ticket and 3 nights 4 days holiday and parlour voucher they didn't provided anything to us they have swiped 24000 on 9 sep 2022 from my HDFC bank credit card and not picking calls blocked from whatsapp...

On 5th April 2021, My Card swipe on one of your agent places at Radisson Blu hotel Faridabad, for the family holiday package in goa now i'm chasing to them last 17 month for the booking details but still they didn't provide the details yet.

Now i'm going to take legal action and police complain against them.

The club Meridien (A unit of Courtyard Holidays) is a fraud company, don't buy any holidays plan from them.

Fraud company and team… making fool of everyone… collecting money and definitely gone with lots of fund….

We purchased travel package from them in Jan 21. Due to covid could not available at that time.They egave extension to us. Now have been trying to book the package from last 8-9 months through customer care. And emails. But even after so conversatiions every time a new excuse comes.
Paxkage is not booked till today.

We had purchased a INR 1.5 lakhs package from Club Meridien ( a unit of courtyard holidays pvt ltd). Even after many mails and informing about our travel plans 2 months prior, they failed to book even a single holiday. They have stopped responding to our calls as well. This is a sham company and will need a refund immediately.

We have purchased package from them and tried booking the hotels twice but both the time they mentioned not having any tieups.

One of the cities they had shown during the sales pitch but atbthe time of booking they come up with various excuses to not book the same

As I no longer want these services due to some personal reasons and for the expensive nature of services that you are providing which do not justify your expensive price. Later on, I realized that there is no food services has been provided along with the stay, while the other vendors provide food services along with a stay at better prices

So, I want you to terminate my contract and kindly refund the amount paid.
