Club Meridien — Service not provided

I purchased the membership of Club Meridian (a unit of courtyard holidays pvt ltd) as they said. I paid 70000 for 5 years membership. I was planning a vacation so I sent the mail many times for advance booking. The Manager who attended us was Sanjay Singh Roy. I have tried calling him many times but he is not responding. I have sent the mail for refund as well but haven't received the reply yet. It's completely harassments even I paid all in advance.

Same thing happened with us. We have been waiting for more than 1 year and no bookings have been provided till now. Every time they give a new excuse.

I am registering a FIR against company. I don't how many others are there just like us. I would not rest until I get my refund.

Hello, we were also cheated by Sanjay singh roy and Shabir Ali (his associate)...they charged us 80000 on July 22nd and now nowhere to be found. Please let us know if any of you got any information from cyber cell or police. We were cheated in bhopal. Looks like these guys are traveling different cities and doing this frequently.

They are just giving wrong information.they are not providing any services and not refunding the money .we have created the group of 10 members where club meredian didn't refund the amount and people got struck in this problem.i[censored] want to join the group message in [protected] number
