Club Starwood — fraud

I, subhash from ranchi allured by the club starwood holiday packages which included various domestic/ international destinations at concessional rates, various gift vouchers, discounts and other benefits, had purchased a membership in 2018 and paid rs 1.40 lakh as fee for the same.

Their website is fake and you cannot make any bookings online.
Despite several attempts of contacting them nothing has happened till now. All of the information provided is fake. One person picks up the call at times and promises to make reservations via email but fails to proceed with any bookings. It’s a fraud company and the exact same thing is now started in the name of royals club international. Today (10th february 2020) they called people at capitol hill hotel, ranchi to allure them with fake packages and run away with people’s hard earned money.
I strongly believe that the person behind both these fraud companies is the same. And they’re continuing doing this to people all over india. Despite being exposed on consumer forum and courts like that in chhattisgarh they’re still shamelessly doing this even today. Quite a few people again lost all their money at capitol hill.
There are many complaints against both these companies from all over india and it’s clearly established that they’re fraud. Therefore, the assertions of the complainant go unrebutted and uncontroverted.

Kindly help and get me get back my hard earned money asap. It’s a huge amount and more than that it’s really important to have these people stop doing this to others and get them punished for this gruesome crime.
