Club startwood is fraud company and their intension is to cheat and cheat.
They keep up changing their address here and there. When i went to the address provided then it was already shifted from there and asked for new address then they didn`t provided the new address. After few days i have seen new address on their website and again they change the address....

This company is fraud. This company took 55000 rupees from me by doing 420. And the money has not been returned since last 3 years. And till date someone has sent Mahi on a trip too.Now their phones are not even available, maybe they have changed the number and mail. They do the same thing, by trapping some people in false things, then they change the number and address.

I, Dr B. S Bhatia, resident of Amritsar was invited to a 4 star hotel with my wife in 2018 . We were provided tea snacks and dinner and hypnotised in such a way that we could not refuse the membership for three years in 55000/.I paid the amount by credit card. A lot of promises were made as mentioned by others.When I insisted in writing, they provided me an email from company. After that started a time of harassment for about 2 years. Free gift for 4 people was not honoured even after repeated emails. Then we were told your booking is confirmed as requested in shimla, when we went to resort in shimla, there was no booking in our name. We had to pay from our pocket to stay in shimla. After repeated emails and phone calls no air tickets were provided. Then I complained to cyber cell police, to consumer forum, to pm office etc. The struggle continued for about 1 year. And then I was given refund in form of three cheques. But cheques bounced multiple times.

The company is in the business of selling holiday vacations / holidays from 1 year to 30 years as per your requirement.
We were offered various lucrative packages with a 10 year vacation package. We were tempted by the offer and took the package. It cost us rs. 1lakhs.
The company immediately deducted the amount from our credit card and said that the offer was only for that day.
They gave us a receipt of the amount. Also they got our signatures done on terms and conditions.
The company gave us a copy of those terms and condition but did not agree to sign on that saying that we will receive the copy in a few days time and that no person present there was authorised to sign on those documents.
(Although later i found that one of the persons present – mr alam was a director of the company. You can check on the website that it is a private company having on board two directors – mr alam and mr morvin massi with a paid up capital of only rs 10 lakhs registered in march 2018)
In a package of 1.6 lakhs for a vacation of 7d/6n for 10 years, they offered us the following additional deals:
• rs 20, 000/- gold voucher
• 4n/5d stay in dubai for 2adults with 2 air to and fro air tickets
• 5n/6d stay anywhere in india
• immediate refund of interest on 3 months emi for paid amount of 1 lakh from credit card company to be credit within 10-15 days.

Later on when i reached home, i read the terms and conditions and found that they were not the same that the company had offered during the meeting.
I searched the net for company name club starwood. No results for this company was there. However, there were search results about another very similar company – starwoodhotels.
I got suspicious about the intentions of the company and shot a mail to the company saying that there were several differences and they should send me a signed copy of the agreed to terms and conditions. They agreed to this. However, i never received the copy. Then i shot a mail to the company mail id which they had given. I got the reply that they agreed to what i had written.
Still not satisfied by the response, i insisted them on sending me a written document for terms and conditions agreed upon. But they always said that i will get that along with the kit within 25 days.
This made me suspicious. And i asked for refund of the amount. The company never replied me back.
My suspicion grew each day. Then i decided to visit the premises of the company to have a feel of the office.
When i visited the office, i was shocked to see its condition. It resembled a call centre where in a small cramped space, 20-30 persons were busy in luring people into vacations.
I enquired from the manager present there. He was a very nice person to talk to and offered me tea. However, he had joined just one day back and knew nothing about the details of the company. No other senior person was present. All other employees looked like from a call centre.
I made a call to mr alam, the director of the company, who had offered me package and insisted that i want my refund immediately as i was not happy with the company response. Also that there was no authorised person sitting in the office who can provide me written acknowledgement of my cancellation request or refund request. I only got a confirmation mail of my cancellation stating that i will be getting a refund in 45-60 days time.
I insisted that he should give me this thing in writing, but he refused this also.
Now, friends, after seeing the condition of the office and the response of the company to my requests for providing me a signed copy of terms and conditions or to acknowledgement of my cancellation, i seriously doubt the capability and intentions of the company.
I made several requests for early refund but mr. Alam insists that it will be processed in 45 to 60 days time as per the company policy. This in my view is to harass the customers who seek refund. Why processing time of 45-60 days is required. What is the company policy. There is no such things in terms and conditions. Further no one from the company has signed terms and conditions. And most of the terms and conditions on which the company has taken my signatures are wrong.
The company should immediately refund me my amount.

I, subhash from ranchi allured by the club starwood holiday packages which included various domestic/ international destinations at concessional rates, various gift vouchers, discounts and other benefits, had purchased a membership in 2018 and paid rs 1.40 lakh as fee for the same.

Their website is fake and you cannot make any bookings online.
Despite several attempts of contacting them nothing has happened till now....

Already complaint in consumer court and sent the notice. But it returned back. As stated either they provide false address or change very frequently.

They have a gang of people which includes girl and boys.

I have been asked to pay rs 54000 in 24 emi, but all 54000 has been charged as a dp. - wrongly charged.
2. We are 4 members family and my kids age are 14 years and 12 years. That why i have been told that 1br apartment would be offered to us instead of studio apartment. Again wrong commitment and offer.
3. I have been told that we would be given card and it allow us to book hotel with only 1 day advanced notice. And applicable for 365 days.. But in offer it mentioned that i can't avail it in the month of summer vacation (June) and winter vacation (20- dec to 5th jan).. So no use for us.. Again wrong commitment
4.in addition to above i have been told that i would get following addition as a part of offer:
A) 2 x 2n/3d or 4n/5d hotel anywhere free of cost. - not mentioned in offer
B) 2 weeks extra holiday vacation - not mentioned in offer
C) parlor voucher of rs 10000 before 15th of may - not mentioned in offer
D) gold voucher of rs 20000 before 15th may - not mentioned in offer

I have already sent the cancellation request 3 days before through email and on phone to your staff after knowing the feedback.

I am dolly sharma resident of sonepat haryana want to be awared regarding the club starwood company who is active in these days to sell their holiday pakage is totally fake and fraud. They called me on 26th june19 in a reputed hotel served tea and dinner and dramatically did fraud of rs. 60000 about their membership. But till date i didn't get any document or kit or any mail of confirmation of my deal. And when i realized that they r making us js fool thn i demand to cancel my membership and ask for refund then the concerned person mr. Rohit malik denied to refund the money. They all are as a gang who are making fools lots of people. I want to take a legal action towards the company and this person rohit malik also.

Club Starwood is not a reliable company. Do not trust on them.
They first called us and invited us to one of the good hotels in the city where they discussed about their company and they offered us dinner along with a gift voucher of 3night stay at one of their properties.
Then they started about their memberships and schemes.
And offered us many attractive schemes for different time periods from 3 years to 10 years.
We opted for the three year plan and paid 45000 rupees for the same.
They just gave us a receipt of payment and said that all other documents and details will be sent to you the next morning at 11 a.m.
Nobody contacted us till now.
And all the phone numbers and toll free number are fake.
The executive and the manager who sold us this package are not picking up the call.
This is a complete case of fraud and we want to take some serious action against the company and want the complete refund of the amount we paid I.e. 45000 rupees.

I have taken membership from club starwood in dec18 for 3 lac rupees which was cut from my credit card then only.
various promises were made about 6 nights stay in a 4 star property every year for 25 years and additional 35 nights through some program.

4 return tickets from raipur to phuket/srilanka/dubai were also offered and promised.

later when we tried to call alam and massy all phone were off and sunita aslo didnt respond. sunita is still in touch via phone but is not booking any hotels or flights, she just gives fake promises and does loose talking

they all are cheat and fraud and have no intention of refunding money or giving us any hotek bookings.

Club starwood has taken rs18500 for hotel booking. When we have asked for our hotels it responded after 1 week but its not providing us our hotels. Every time we ask they say they don't have hotel rooms free, we have asked to refund us our money but they are not refunding and they told us that the package is valid till november 2019 but now its saying it was valid for only 3 months from the issue date.

In the month of May 2018 my husband received a call from this Company executive for attending an event organised by their company in Hotel Clarks Inn Gwalior . On 12 may 2018 we reached the Hotel thinking since it was at a 3 star hotel it would be something not worth missing. When we reached there it was this promotion of holiday packages . Their conversation was such a hipnotizm that we made them a cash payment of 20000 and 100000 through credit card. They said they are going to mail us final agreement documents and also post it. They were in such a hurry to deduct the payment that they did not wait to get me convert payment in installments. We did not receive any documents with in week we called them on no given envelope they gave us of agreement in which they didn't sign saying they were not authorized to do and the no is [protected]. After receiving our calls for about month they mailed some documentation which is no use. Then from there on the contact no is switched off. We have duped by 1.2 lac our hard earned money we have lost and the mental trauma that we got trapped how could we, well educated . They showed us all false information their website images of hotels clients details etc no one should invest in this fake company and those involved should be punished and we should get back our money

Actually I received enticing calls after calls from the tele-callers of this company. I was offered a sumptuous dinner along with my spouse at Hotel Moti Mahal, CAD Circle, Kota, Rajasthan at 8:30 pm.
After a long but illusive and hypnotized discussion, I was made to give in by some of fraud personnels (Shiv Choudhary as mentioned in visiting card with contact number [protected]). I was made to sign the agreement and I paid Rs. 1, 07, 500 including all annual maintenance charges.
I was told that the package would come into force after 7 days. Actually this time period is taken by the company to escape scot free overnight. Customers are made to believe everything. This way these fraud and fake companies mint money through illegal tactics.
In fact, when a real visit was made at the following company office:
55, Lane No. 2, Westend Marg, Saket, New Delhi -68
This came out to be a telemarketing office only. On inquiry, this stark truth came into light that this Club Starwood didn't exist anywhere in the world.
This is my third and final report against the company for refund before I ultimately go for litigation through the honourable Consumer Court. Today, 21st January, 2019 I received a call from Ms. Sunita Nain, one of the so called executives of the company with an assurance that everything would be authentic through the recently shifted office from New Delhi to Ranchi, Jharkhand. I was advised to withdraw the report to avail the exact benefits of the package, shamelessly refund amount was denied to me.
I request one and all concerned to help me get my refund for the package. I appeal the concerned Government authorities to arbitrate and look into the matter and issue a punishable decree against the company to release my refund amount...

Before I write my description, I would say that Club Starwood is a totally unreliable company.

I very much doubt that the company will refund me amount after 45-60 days. I have very little confidence on the company.
