Clubjersey.in/ — Order placed and paid but no further intimation or details has been shared

I placed a prepaid order on monday 8th August from clubjersey.in. Although I received a confirmation email but no further advances have been communicated afterwards. Many attempts to contact the website has also gone in vain. Not sure if it was a scam and if cybercrime department should be intimated on the same. Requesting for a resolution.
