They did not provide me any order details and there phone number is always switched off

I made a pre-paid order and looks like they scammed me

I placed an order from this store in Dec 2022. While I was able to do the payment, I received no confirmation from the store, nor have I received any order yet.

I ordered my jersey on 4 January and made the payment in full . It says delivery time will 12-18 days, which got over a week ago . As I am trying to contact them, I get no response.

Please give me a solution....

I placed a prepaid order on monday 8th August from clubjersey.in. Although I received a confirmation email but no further advances have been communicated afterwards. Many attempts to contact the website has also gone in vain. Not sure if it was a scam and if cybercrime department should be intimated on the same. Requesting for a resolution....
