CMC LTD. — Training certificate not received

Sir, i joind cmc for training in android technology in cmc, faridabad. I have paid 10, 000 rupees for my course during the 6 weeks from 13 july 2015 to 30 august 2015.
Ir, now the institute in faridabad is closed and my certificate is not being given. After enquiring about it, i came to know that my certificate will be given by cmc - noida center. So i called them and told them about my problem and they said that my ceretificate will be courriered to my house. So i sent all my details to them.
But i hav'nt received any. After further asking them, they said that they will deliver it, or it is a procedure and it will take time.
Now they are saying that they have sent it to my address in the april month this year 2016, but when i told them that i did not get any letter, they said they will look into the matter. Now, when i call them sometimes the phone is switched off, sometimes nobody picks up, or some other person would be there or they say ok, we will look.
Now they said that they have sent it from there center in march or april, and they do not know about my certificate.


Sir, i don't know what's the matter with them, but my certificate is not being deleiverd by them. The details are-
