degree certificate not received

I completed my bachelors in commerce from cmj university in 2013. I received my results for all 3 years from the center located in mumbai malad area, however i have been chasing the university for my degree certificate for my higher studies but there is no response from them. Neither are their numbers functioning nor are they responding on emails.

Dear concern,
I have done my ba gen. From your university. I want to change my name on my documents. As after marriage my name changed by in laws. Now all the important documents are on my new name. Only my certificates issued by university is on my previous name. Please tell me the procedure how to change the same. I have already change my name in school certificates from pseb.

Dear Concern,
i have done my BA Gen. from your university . i want to change my name on my documents. As after marriage my name changed by in laws. Now all the important documents are on my new name. Only my certificates issued by university is on my previous name. Please tell me the procedure how to change the same. I have already change my name in school certificates from PSEB.

    Dear,

    I had done bed from cmj in 2012 but till now dint receive any degree or provisional certificate only i have mark sheet. Enrollment no [protected]
    Since long time i am trying to contact them but there is no response from them.
    It will be really help full if can get a proper contact who can help me to resolve this problem

    Sir me BASAND PA completed my BA in english on last 2012 by the registration no. [protected]. I heard about our university having a complaint as illegal for the session[protected] which is very unfortunate if it is true.           validity of my phd degree not proved

          I did my ph. D from cmj university in the subject of english in 2011-13. I was awarded the degree in march 2013. I also visited meghalaya and university campus even when the issue of validity occured. They said they will organise convocation ceremony but till today i have not got any proof from the university that would support and declare that this degree is valid.             I already complete my b. Ed from cmj university. After a few days ago i get my result from this center. They inform me that i can verify my result from university email which is [protected]@cmjuniversity. Edu.in. I already send a email with a scan copy of the result but till i can't back any response.
