CMJ University — MBA certificate is not received

I completed my Executive MBA from CMJ University and have received my final semester marksheet. However, I have not received my original MBA Degree Certificate.

I urgently require the Degree Certificate for employment verification and educational document validation. Despite completing the course, the degree certificate has not been issued/received by me.
