Verification of marksheet and certificate

I have completed B.Tech in Electrical and Electronics in 2012. But I have noticed the format of the marksheet is different for Arts students.

I want to confirm whether my mark sheet is valid or not. However i have already done ministry registration successfully for Gulf job. but still i want to know, as i could not find my registration/enrollment no in your website.
