after hearing about the Meghalaya governor action to close this university, I made email request on15 july 2013 to issue a no objection letter to transfer my further study to another university. Unfortunately, my email was never replied. My present university is askin to obtain a no objection letter from CMJ University. Who can help me now. My PhD process is stuck and I desperately need it.
