Today, my family and I visited CMR Central INOX in Maddilapalem for a movie outing. Upon arrival, I brought along a sweet box and a food container. However, I was informed by the security personnel that outside food was prohibited and that there were no facilities available for storage. Consequently, I was instructed to discard my items in the dustbin in order to gain entry. I believe it would be equitable for establishments such as INOX to provide lockers for storing food items, as I do not have personal transportation to store them elsewhere. I have verified with INOX management that they do indeed allow outside food with certain conditions. Hence, I am perplexed as to why CMR Central's policy differs in this regard. I seek a comprehensive explanation and an apology from the management of CMR Central Maddilapalem for this oversight. The behavior of the security staff was perceived as discourteous, and their dissemination of incorrect information exacerbated the situation. It is evident that there is a lack of coordination between the security personnel of INOX and CMR Central, which warrants attention. Was this information helpful? |
