i have done CCNS from cms chembur branch, i complete my course in april 2009 . Still i have not get placement, while joining the cms they told you will get 100% Job Guaranty. But i have not get job from CMS institute

i had enrolled in HCL CDC JAMMU for MCSE and CCNA as my last semester training in b tech........ the course was good ... faculty too was good..... while i was just to complete my training and give my online exams centre just closed down due to some issues with the landlord..... with all our efforts centre got opened up.. i completed my course and gave my online exams...... its been 40 days now my certificate has not been issued... and after 40 days hcl cdc noida ,makes a statement that my installment of rs.3000 is pending although i have paid everything..... so kindly look into the matter and sought some resolvation....
I never seen a router in cms coimbatore. I joined ccna. MCSA certification i cant even answer one single question. MCITP server 2008 they are training with 1 gb ram. Train and practicles are conducted while power shut down...????? When classes are pending for a long time finally they provide pdf book and tell us to read on own.
Thank you cms management . I invested 7 months and 40 thousand rs for excuses and reason from management.
CMS is the best when comparing with others in Coimbatore. Accel took six months to complete Hardware alone. So I discontinued and joined CMS four months back, got placed in CTS now.

Sub: (Refund of entire training fee due to failure in Quality, Quantity and Duration of training by an ISO certified institute, FAKE EDUCATION INSTITUTE CMS COMPUTER INSTITUTE).
I am Prithviraj and have been studying in CMS institute ( coimbatore )since 7 months by attending 2 modules in a day and still left off with 3rd module to be completed and some in other modules. 30 % of entire course yet to be completed. Management promised to complete the course in 4 months in fast track as I was supposed to under go a surgery 3 month back. Now its been 7 months (6 months was promised in your advertisement) and still remaining, In spite of me adjusting to all the re scheduling of classes every week and me undergoing 2 and more modules in a same day. My health situation has gone bad since I didn’t under go the medication on the right time, which required a 1 month bed rest. Your management failed to deliver the promise in promised duration. Your institute did not meet the ISO quality standards requirement, neither Microsofts nor Linux Lab requirement.
The course were not covered completely in CCNA by Mr. Sridhar (trainer).He said that that’s all he can teach. If you want to learn complete CCNA CMS syllabus it will take 1 year and got too trained only by CISCO. When we (student) asked to take practical with the devices Mr. Sridhar said, the student has to get permission from Mr.Gokul (centre manager, Coimbatore) since someone has stolen the NVRAM from the Router. When requested Mr. Gokul, he said he will club other batches and take practical for a whole day some other day. He never kept his promise even after repeated reminder. Mr. Sridhar has covered only N+ with sub- netting and router Protocols programming (most of those he was not even able to explain and just dictated). Mr. Sridhar said that we students will be placed only as a desktop engineer (de motivating) so he was told by senior management to take only those topics. As a student I believed the institute knows the best so agreed him at that moment .Mr. Saravanan (Placement officer) & Mr.Gokul before getting the fees gave assurance that entire CCNA composite topic will be covered and with CMS training I can write CCNA Global exam and pass. Later CMS Coimbatore management said I have to memorize the Global Certification questions which are illegally posted in internet in form of DUMPS and told that’s how all other institute in world Practice. Your trainers are not as technically qualified as they argue that switches (data link layer) devices uses IP address for addressing (Mr. Abdul, Mr Sridhar). Also when doubts were raised in Programming Mr. Sridhar could not even answer. When asked what is "frame cloud” he said "it can’t be explained ". When asked the exact definition of “Sub netting" he told he will get that next day. CCNA class timings were from 8.30 am to 10.30 am. But MR. Sridhar most often comes to classes only after 9.15 am or sometimes even later. So 2 hours classes were reduces to 1 hour in CCNA, and complete course was finisher only in less than 20 hours out of 72 hours.
Mr. Sridhar handled VISTA classes even, which he completed in 3 day 2 hours per day. Even for vista he came 1 hour late, summing up he completed vista in 3 or 5 hours. He got the signature for all the other days, promising that that what that’s what he was told to take by MR. Gokul.
Pc Engineering handled by Mr. Abdul 30% went fine, 30% he just dictated and rest 40% adapters, PCI, modem, printers, scanners, antivirus & firewall, Laptops & palmtops, Monitors, Storage device this all were assigned to students to take as a seminar in which mostly wrong information were given (student joined Pc engineering to learn and not to teach, If they can teach they would have learned themselves and don’t have to pay fees). Mr. Abdul smartly reduced his work by telling the student’s that internal marks will be determined only with seminar, so we had no choice.
2nd module still some 20- 30 hours is remaining and it’s been 7 months. 2nd module contained MCSA and LINUX. MCSA was handled by Mr. Abdul and the classes timings was from 10 am to 12pm. During that period there was a regular power shut down from 9am to 11 am in Coimbatore .The entire UPS power was used by pervious ccna student’s .In CMS Coimbatore if 3 computers are turned on the UPS supports only 45 - 60 minutes. So, when we start mcsa classes by the time half of the backup power was consumed by the pervious batch. MCSA classes were totally 30+30+30+30 hours but we were trained only not more than 30 hours. Mr. Abdul said there is no other time available to re schedule classes, only we (students) will not be able to complete in expected time. Only installation and configure were shown and again Mr. Abdul said Microsoft exams has to be passed only with DUMPS by memorizing the answers only. He also gave amazing tips to memorize. We were also given wrong information from Mr. Abdul, Mr .Gokul and Miss.Niranjana that Microsoft has increased the exam fee from 2000 to 4000k from 23 April.
LINUX: was handled by Mr. Moorthy in Linux 033 he skipped many topics like wild card, environmental variables, CUPS, BSD. He is too smart and gives reply technically so that we may not question him.
Whenever I asked any trainers, why you ask me to sign in the attendance without taking the topics. All trainers gave the same reason “Classes cannot be conducted as in the attendance, because they have to be learned step by step. If taught according to the attendance students will not understand. Later they don’t teach and when asked finally they just explain those with a sentence (i.e. "nothing but...").
Books were not issued even when available. When I raised the issue to helpdesk immediately a manipulated table was prepared and send to the helpdesk and I was called from home and gave the books and signature was taken and then the signatures was scanned and send to help desk as a proof. Still I didn’t get few books neither signed in any student sheet, but the HELPDESK Mr.Joshep never believe me and always protect his employee and back fires me . They don’t even check the date and time of the mail, because the complaint date is much earlier than the date in the students book issued sheet. Why should I give a complaint of books not issued on the same day when I signed the sheet?
I raised all issues from first level (trainers), centre manager, south manager and helpdesk and Mr. Joseph. All back fire me that why I didn’t tell this issues at that time? All the management enquires each other staffs and helps each other to back fire me and come out. The never enquire a victim or a student. Mr. Sridhar Lied that he covered all topics and immediately I called a guy from ccna batch (Ravi) a told Mr. Gokul to cross check with Ravi and he too said it was not covered.
ISO certification is give to the organization who delivers consistent quality, Mr. Saravanan, Mr.Gokul told cms institute is CISCO training partner on the day when I was about to Pay the entire fees and gave misleading information. I believed in your institution name and ISO. I was a student so believed in the Trainer. I dint even guess to compare from other institute until one of my friend showed me the light. Your institute has advertised ISO certification and Microsoft, Linux Training partner but you haven’t met their Lab or infrastructure requirement. Even yesterday Mr >Abdul admitted that Hyper V concept cannot be taught as the institute don’t have the required hardware. Till last week the institution was running with only one DVD ROM drive which is reflected in your institutions weekly hardware report. The NVRAM from the router was stolen from institution as said by Mr. Sridhar 5 months back and still not replaced.
This issue was addressed many times to the centre manager Mr.Gokul, who always arranged the classes during power shut down and who’s cabin is in front and regularly watched students sitting idle in the class. He said he cant help it was the E.B problem. There was no other time to shuffle the batches and left me with no choice. Now the management back fires me for this. This clearly shows that the management Purposely have spoiled the Quality. Since the On Job Training Placement was in their hand the management wanted the students to accept all their mistakes. The management is responsible for the irresponsibility for the training. I m attaching the proof of the quality of the management, They have arranged 2 different courses on the same date and timing and posted to me. How can a person attend two different classes in the same timings? So one of the courses was skipped Module 3 and Mr. Moorthy said that the skipped module was over
SPEED training classes was conducted only for 3 days and signature was taken for 1 days. Mr. Gokul was aware of this. And this was same in all the module. A scam.
Mr. Ramanujam manager (Chennai) told me that CMS institute is run only to serve education they don’t get any money of this business. SO WHY DO YOU EXPLOIT EDUCATION INDUSTRY, AND DELIVER BAD PRODUCTS (STUDENT) WITH BAD QUALITY, YOU COULD GIVE WAY TO OTHER INSTITUTION WHO SINCERLY WORK DAY AND NIGHT TO IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF TRAINING". Don’t spoil education industry for your profit.
I can’t spend more that the given time for a quality less training and accept all your mistakes, I have to support myself and family, I can’t spend more time like a fresher. I have already become a prey because of the worst management.
Even yesterday when I asked Mr. Abdul to teach something from the cms syllabus on 2008 up gradation, he just explained in few words NAP (topic). But when told to explain completely, finally the classes went up to 30 minute.
This is a fake institute similar to the scam which took place in Delhi (issuing Pilot licence without even showing the aircraft). We student from January even before that haven’t undergone practical with networking devices and less training hours, Giving under training and providing with ISO training certification .I didn’t come here to keep watching or policing or begging for classes and complaining and proving the same . I have many students to testify the above. Considering all your lapse, fraud and not maintaining the business compliances, in spite of complaining several times and getting backfired by manipulating words and documents I have decided to dis-continue and refund my course fee so that I can join some other honest institution.

CMS Coimbatore:
1. Not a CISCO training partner but telling the candidate as cisco training partner.
2. CMS Coimbatore is not recognised Microsoft or Red hat training partner. Using others credid, which should be cased in Advertisment arbitration or advertisment complaint board.
3. They are using the banner of other recognised CMS branch to advertise and cheat student to join in coimbatore CMS branch which has not lab requirement as per CISCO, microsoft, red hat.and not covering the ISO syllabus.
4. No router and switch device for past 1 year 6 month prevoius students but delivering CCNA certificate from CMS.
5. They take Microsoft Lab training without Power. Only theory and screen shots. and pass the candidate by telling them to memorize the leaked question paper.
6. Trainers are not certified staffs, they do trial and error and learn along with students and blame it on virus problem.
7. 1 trainer themselves told that they memorized the question paper and passes the MCSA.
8. Staffs haven’t completed their graduation.
9. Since Red Hat exams have an external examiner they train red hat little well.
10. So far none of the student has passed any global exam by logically thinking
11. And the Centre manager Mr Gokul said that CMS Coimbatore is not franchisee, it means entire CMS info system are indulged in this fake institution business.
12. 1 staff confessed that the centre manager is misusing the money and providing the candidate with just 1 day participation certificate ccna last year and taking the money.
13. 1 of the guy was proposed for marks for topics not covered in class (not even close) in CCNS exam and later ditched him that he can’t study.
14. CMS are impotent of training and passing the student for global exam.
15. Ex -Counsellors Lady (married) indulging in disgusting affairts with student on week end classes.
16. Not disclosing the Term and condition before or while paying the fees.
17. Promising to take entire technologist course and covering only 40% of it, Promising to take later and sending off the student.
18. Staffs are not certified and only 12 Th pass or diploma holders.
19. Getting course complete letter without taking the 2008 upgrade paper for me.
20. Getting sing in attendance in row (which is date) and proving the topics covered (which is in column) and threatening me.
If the direct CMS itself is so worst in quality and quantity of training then students just think how the franchisee is cheating and feeding their family with your parents hardwork.

Now i understood the concepts, and my friends still studying in cms God bless u and judge u for ur false testimonies. I really appriciate mazenet as there is no single complaint and they frankly told we will train u the best and solve sample question paper but exam part you have to prepare... mazenet hr said its no use of memorizing and passing exams if a person doesnt know how to troubleshoot in the OSI layer. I appreciate the HCL cde for they to said that we cant under train the student and provide shortcut or illegally pass the student for global exam as they have to be responsible to the client .HCl madam frankly said the truth that HCl coimbatore is not ISO certified, and did not give false information as coimbatore is iso certified, they are honest in education and consider they training as a temple of wisdom. I studied in CMS institute anna nagar. i joined ccns course with the assuance of redhat and microsoft vouchers.i paid a fees amount of 45000 rs.first there is no proper facilities, second no proper infra, third they didnt give half of the study material, fourth i didnt got a single exam voucher from the institute as it has been one year since i completed the course.

I am not agreed with the above comment, i am a of CMS institute noida branch and service they are proving which is pathetic, ...they dont even have proper system and the teacher is always not in mood to teach us, ...we paid full payment and almost six month complted still course is pending and now they are asking to close the batch, ...WTF...please provide the owner number or any contact number of the head of this institute, ...
People who are willing to join this institute, please pay attention. I had joined for a CCSP JAVA+ Course in Thane branch and i had the worst experience of my life. Trainers don't know C & C++ properly, let alone the java n adv. Java. And the management just believes in making fake promises and commitments.
The trainer couldn't even pronounce the terminologies properly explanations are far ahead. They couldn't even explain the pointers topic and when I ask doubts the trainer tells me that this is how it is..I don't know why and how. As mine was a career development course and I asked them to teach me conceptually and as per the company expectations and their reply was pathetic, "How come we know what is used in company and what they want, we will teach u from this book, that's it". There's a huge communication gap in the institute, when I used to give feedback to the center head she used to nod to every statement and promise me but it turns out to be fake every time. They promised me an mcp and corporate trainers would take the lectures but mca's who doesn't even have first class throughout their academics are hired for training, what can you expect from them.
Regarding the labs...all outdated PCs vintage models suitable for museums. They use pirated OS's and softwares. For instance, the trainer wanted to install android aoftware which needed 4gb space, however, the pc was having only 3 gb space and I was like my mobile phone's internal memory is 4 times than the system. It lags and hangs every now and then, mouse not working,
Keyboards unsupported, etc.
whateva i have said is very much true to my knowledge and there are many other things which i can disclose. If you thinking to join cms, please think twice before wasting your precious time and money there.

Fake promises & commitments
I was took admission in SQL Server 2012, and was told after complication 3 certificate will be provided 1) mark sheet 2) CMS certificate and Microsoft participation certificate but I got only CMS certificate. and the CMS consular was change.
I have registered for the MCSE course at CMS Computer Institute Dadar for teh evening 7:00 - 9:00 pm batch.
However, the Computer lab has got substandard equipment and is very ill equipped. There are only two working computers for a batch of 14 students. COmplaints made to the institute has fallen on deaf ears and there is no propoer resposne.
The course material has also not been handed over even after full payment of fees in advance.

This is very true. Institutes take money in advance and what they provide in return is not worth the money. Infact even the faculty is sometimes a student from an advance batch.
Such institutes should be barred from conducting any further coruses rather than misleading hopeful students and wasting their money.

I agree. I agree CMS computer institute Coimbatore Gandhipuram, padayappa complex is a fake institute ( direct CMS). I m also studying in CMS and still some course to complete. It’s a fake institute... They are not CISCO training partner but candidate are miss guided by the centre manager as CISCO training partner also Mr. Saravanan said the same, telling lies that CMS is a CISCO training partner, Entire CMS info system is doing fraud business.
CMS Coimbatore:
1. Not a CISCO training partner but telling the candidate as cisco training partner.
2. CMS Coimbatore is not recognised Microsoft or Red hat training partner. Using others credid, which should be cased in Advertisment arbitration or advertisment complaint board.
3. They are using the banner of other recognised CMS branch to advertise and cheat student to join in coimbatore CMS branch which has not lab requirement as per CISCO, microsoft, red hat.and not covering the ISO syllabus.
4. No router and switch device for past 1 year 6 month prevoius students but delivering CCNA certificate from CMS.
5. They take Microsoft Lab training without Power. Only theory and screen shots. and pass the candidate by telling them to memorize the leaked question paper.
6. Trainers are not certified staffs, they do trial and error and learn along with students and blame it on virus problem.
7. 1 trainer themselves told that they memorized the question paper and passes the MCSA.
8. Staffs haven’t completed their graduation.
9. Since Red Hat exams have an external examiner they train red hat little well.
10. So far none of the student has passed any global exam by logically thinking
11. And the Centre manager Mr Gokul said that CMS Coimbatore is not franchisee, it means entire CMS info system are indulged in this fake institution business.
12. 1 staff confessed that the centre manager is misusing the money and providing the candidate with just 1 day participation certificate ccna last year and taking the money.
13. 1 of the guy was proposed for marks for topics not covered in class (not even close) in CCNS exam and later ditched him that he can’t study.
14. CMS are impotent of training and passing the student for global exam.
15. Ex -Counsellors Lady (married) indulging in disgusting affairts with student on week end classes.
16. Not disclosing the Term and condition before or while paying the fees.
17. Promising to take entire technologist course and covering only 40% of it, Promising to take later and sending off the student.
18. Staffs are not certified and only 12 Th pass or diploma holders.
19. Getting course complete letter without taking the 2008 upgrade paper for me.
20. Getting sing in attendance in row (which is date) and proving the topics covered (which is in column) and threatening me.
If the direct CMS itself is so worst in quality and quantity of training then students just think how the franchisee is cheating and feeding their family with your parents hardwork.

This is a fake institute... they try to fool student by placing student is desktop support for less than 8000 rs salary an show 98% placement, whereas if the offer course is trained properly the current technologist will offer more than 20000rs salary, they don have router, switch, staff and trainer are just 12th passed, not graduated . They illigaly take question paper and circulate to student to pass microsoft certification in coimbatore. If student say train me properly i dont want to memorize question nd answer and pass certification, the management humilate and embarris the student is not confident in himself to pass exam... guys wat is confidence " memorizing the q& a and taking the exam or studying the concepts and taking the exam". I hope you students dont get cheated like me. May God place u in good institute and fullfil your hunger for knowledge and wisdom.
Prithvi here ... yes i was not able to mug up 400 questions for just 75 question for microsoft certification. I have confident to think logically and solve the examination... Now i understood the concepts, and my friends still studying in cms God bless u and judge u for ur false testimonies. I really appriciate mazenet as there is no single complaint and they frankly told we will train u the best and solve sample question paper but exam part you have to prepare... mazenet hr said its no use of memorizing and passing exams if a person doesnt know how to troubleshoot in the OSI layer. I appreciate the HCL cde for they to said that we cant under train the student and provide shortcut or illegally pass the student for global exam as they have to be responsible to the client .HCl madam frankly said the truth that HCl coimbatore is not ISO certified, and did not give false information as coimbatore is iso certified, they are honest in education and consider they training as a temple of wisdom. They frankly said that oppurtinity to place as network/server admin in coimbatore is not possible as still tidal park is not occupied . unlike cms promising to place and later place as desktop pc support.. now i have joined HCL CDE and got back the learning enthusiasm and blessing ... ah and then wat ... oh ya see they guy name ganesh in my previous complaint and call him and ask how ccna training went... and then... hmmmm ya i m 30 years old and i have confident to change my job career for 20 thousand salary rather than getting 30k for non technical career, but as long as such cheater like cms computer institute i m loosing time . ... i posted the previous complaint as a complaint not to arguement . I m posting this not for argument but to bring the readers and students awareness... if you want to get into networking congragulation you have made a good decission, because future of technology is ony programing and networking. I am a classmate of this lunatic guy prithvi. He had fake graduation cert, Work Experience cert and other academic certificates and so expelled from companies after verification.
I got training, placement books everything from CMS and this complaint is false. If you need any more details on this fake guy Prithvi, contact the police officials in Gandhipuram, Coimbatore to know the truth. Here all the comments were made by him using fake ids, as his routine.
I have done my CCNA networking course from CMS computer institue andheri but they have not been giving me the certificate for it from past 2 months. They are either not picking up calls or not giving any reply back.
I have joined in cms anna nagar on 2012 and there was no proper infrastructure and faculity and also in cms they dont have trained faculities to teach. Had a bitter experience and lost 60, 000 with no hope
I was the student of SEP (Systems Engineering Program)/ CCSE (CMS Certified Systems Engineer) course in the batch started in JULY-08 at Vidhan Sabha Marg branch. The company had commited one year OJT (On Job Training) after completion of 3 months classroom training. For this I had paid the company Rs. 46000/-. After the course was completed, the company forgotten all its commitments and took no interest in most of the students.
So I request to all of the readers not to trust upon this company.

Yes same thing happend to me . Don't trust CMS they lost 50% of its client so they cant provide any jobs as early they did.
