I have been paying CMWSSB charges every year without fail, regularly. When the old card was used up, a new card was issued. In this, the Govt. staff wrongly keyed in the address as Ganesh Nagar! It should have been Rajaji Nagar! The Area/Div No/CMC Bill No./ Sub. No. are 13/182/02288/000. This is correctly reflected in the new continuation card. But because the address is wrong i am unable to do online payment of annual charges!
Whose mistake is it? I live in Bangalore and visit Chennai occasionally. When i visit the office, they casually say 'Come after a few days'! Was this information helpful? |
