Dear sir, Madam

We have sewage block at home, when checked it seems to be an issue with main sewage line and needs immediate attention.This is posing a serious risk and health hazard to local residents

Live in Gali no 8 Subhash colony ballabhgarh. We have facing Sewage blockage issue in every month.
Currently due to Sewage blockage fully dirty water coming in my bathroom.It' s very dangerous . I have also registered complained in MCF office Ballabhgarh.
But due to worker strike there is no one response.
Please resolve this issue.It' s very difficult situations we are facing.

I booked 9000 liters water on 11/06/2019 vide booking no.[protected]. Inspite of my so many phone calls they informed me that earlier bookings not yet supplied. To my dismay i received a message that my booking has been cancelled for reason - call not picked up. No body had telephoned. I hadn’t received any calls through my cellphone. You can verify my cell. I am residing at old. No. 18/2, new no. 32, t. N. P 6th street, perambur,
Chennai - 600011. For the past 15 days there has been drainage/sewage overflow in my house.in spite of informing our zonal corporation office no action has been taken so far.

Request you please look into the same and do the needful.

We are living in villivakkam sidcoanagar 57th street. More than 500 families are living. Many patient and old age person living here.

Since 1 month we didn't get water supply from chennai metro water. Now we are using bore water as in summer bore also not working. Also this area ground water is salty and drained out in summer as well as we can't use external use.

We are not asking 24/7 water supply atleast 3 hour per day for all houses water supply is enough. We are suffering a lot without water.

Moreover we have paid the water tax at regular bases properly. Kindly give supply water properly.

If you were unable to supply the water kindly dnot collect water tax. Why we have to pay water tax for not supplying water.

We had called them nearly 5 times for the same. But we are not getting proper response from our local metro water and we are facing the same problem each and every year. The employees are not treating the as human being. We dont have any other alternate option to get water. Please do necessary action for the same.

We are running durga matric hrs sec school at 1/49, sivan koil street, kodambakkam, chennai-24. There are frequent sewage blocks in the main chamber opp to my school and chamber 20 meters away from my school adjoining to the main road. The chamber on the main road is not been cleaned and due to the block the sewage gets reversed and enters our school since our school is a corner buiding. This i had repeatedly complaining this issue several times to the area engineer, zone9 div112. For the past one week. Till now the complaint is not been attended. Instead they are asking us to raise the building which is unfair.in this regard i would like to mention your good self that our school is functioning from 1978 onwards and i know about the sewage line which passes through our school which connects the arcot road chamber and flows through the main road. The chamber on the main road is not being cleaned. Hence the sewage is being reverse which had been explained to the a. E several times but in vain. I request your good self to address my complaint and take necessary action since you are aware that it will affect hundreds of students who are studying in our school.

I have been paying CMWSSB charges every year without fail, regularly. When the old card was used up, a new card was issued. In this, the Govt. staff wrongly keyed in the address as Ganesh Nagar! It should have been Rajaji Nagar! The Area/Div No/CMC Bill No./ Sub. No. are 13/182/02288/000. This is correctly reflected in the new continuation card. But because the address is wrong i am unable to do online payment of annual charges!

Dear sir,
Sub:low pressure and poor water supply of metro water at sivaraman street.
We wish to inform you that for the last several months, the pressure of water supply has been reduced to a very low stage, and we have been facing acute shortage of water supply since the beginning of this year 2016.
It is also to be noted there are many multi-storey apartments in this street and most of the apartments receive only very few buckets of water.
Many of the individual made complaints to concerned cmwssb office and the repair works carried were only temporary measures and there is no improvement in the water supply.
We are forced to buy tanker water on every alternate days for our daily water requirements.
Hence therefore we put forward our request, to restore normal water supply and if necessary take necessary steps to change or clean the clogged lines to improve upon the supply.

There is a main sewage block in Sivan kovil street, kodambakkam, ch-24 where the street intersects the arcot road . The man hole where the street starts is not being cleaned . Hence the sewage in the street returns back resulting in drinage block in the street as well as in our Durga matric hr sec school where around 400 students are studying. I bring to your kind notice that complaints had been registered several times, but only temporary measures had been taken till so far. I request your good self to take permanent measures.

I had lodged a complaint one month backregarding the main sewage block to the 112 division Asst eng over phone as well as in person till date. They have failed to attend the complaint citing various reasons.The toilets are overflowing making us impossible to work.

Dear sir,

This is to inform you that the quality of metro water in the Royal Enclave apartments, Anna Nagar is very badly contaminated with sewage water for the past two weeks. The water stinks very badly and is practically not usable even for the regular washing purposes. With the threat of Cholera posing a big epidemic in the city, with this quality of water it could become a serious cause of concern, probably a pandora box.

Please also note that is a very varied age group of children residing in the complex which could probably make things worst.

Please look into this serious matter of concern and sort the issue at the earliest.

Sewage block at Prabhu Street, Vetri Nagar Extn, Chennai 82 complained orallay to JE on 14/06/2012 at metro water office located at Jawahar Nagar, Chennai 600082 . No attention given till now.

As the sewage water is getting flushed back, we are finding difficult and reuest CMWSSB attention at the earliest.

Under ward 129 of Zone 8 in Chennnai Corporation - The sewerage is overflowing in our building becuase of main block in Logaiah Street, Saligramam, Chennai. After 4 days of complaints registration, no step is taken till now. (22.9.2011). May the authorities take steps to clear the sewerage overflow.

sri,i N V Babu residing at 2 vasu street lane kilpauk chennai-10, i have made several Telephonic complaints to Mr murthy of Zone 5 ,no 70depot office functioning at beracca road kellys. regarding the blockage in the main pipe of my street. he did not clear the blockage nor examine the complaint made .
And there for the sewage is reversing inside my premises.Pls send your team to clear the blockage and do the needful

During all rains, Velachery - Vijayanagar North Extn gets water logging and not properly addressed by the authorities in spite of several requests from all sort of people. This is becoming a serious health hazard as most of the residents are elderly people and has to walk in the drainage water.

Request the authorities to take care for the well being of Vijayanagar North Extn residents.
