CN Immigration Services — fake and rude service

This is shivam bhardwaj from meerut u. P. I want to drop a complain against cn immigration service, located at deenar bhawan jyoti building nehru place delhi. Some months ago i got a call from cn for canada pr visa application process, caller name is jyotika. She said that they found my profile from naukri.com, because of more than 7 years of experience as electrical engineer i am eligible for canada pr. She provide me all the half details by mail and also on phone for the process, they charged 3550 inr for initial process & after this they asked me to pay 94000 inr for further process. This 94000 inr includes all process fees till got my visa as per their commitment. They said it is refundable when i got job in canada or if they dont do the same. But after paying all the money they changed all the rules & asked me for clear ielts and wes. They signed by me a on legal agreement forcefully. Now when i asked for my money back they dont pick my phone. If they picked my phone by mistake then they said that you have to clear ielts test & pay test fee, eca fee, visa fee by own. I am very disappointed for all this, this amount means alot for me, i am the only earning source for my family please help me to get my money back. Waiting for your valuable response.
