Fake company pear visa fake and all staff are 420 Dont trust pear visa bad liers". they don't know anything about the pr process. big fraud. mrs. Himani

I have been in communication with the organization for nearly four months ago. Initially, prior to making payment for my PR application in Australia, they were very attentive and frequently contacted me. However, since payment was made, I have not received any responses from them. There has been frequent turnover of staff and visa officers handling my application, and they have not provided updates on the status of my application. I have had to contact them to inquire about the status, but they have been unresponsive or have not provided updates. Despite my request for a refund, they have not shown interest in addressing the issue or providing contact information for their superiors.

I had taken immigration services from CN which is fraud and fake company despite I submitted require documents and IELTS score 8777 but they didn't do any process-for this they had taken 59400+95500=154500 INR for my charge 95500 and my wife charge 59500 .After they have send Rs 50 stamp paper contract that was also fake
I had asked for communication mail but failed to give mail ID because it's password wrong later on they told me to apply PNP so I paid extra 50000 INR but neither do anything because I asked to send its ID password
Now neither any phone is working out of services all numbers nor website opened
I had started June 2019 still result zero so pls refund my money 203500 INR

We applied visa change inside country for Rahma Hamdy Hashem Elsayed Youssef and the application docs required two times they are asking to attach the birth certificate and brother passport and recedency and we already attached all the documents needed but the application status still in docs required. They are saying if we are not able to provide all the documents the visa will be rejected. We can't understand what more they want because all documents needed are already submitted. *Mr.Sumit Soni was the person dealing with me throughout the process. He said that he's the Manager there and the point of contact assigned for my case.
*I have paid him the whole amount of Rs.51, 340 in 3 installments, as in Rs.3, 540 for Technical Evaluation initially then Rs.11, 800 for VISA filing and lastly Rs.36, 000 for VISA Documentation.
*All these payments were done by Google Pay in the name of CN Immigration Services Private Limited.
*I started this complete process of payment at the beginning of this year, that is 02nd January 2020, prior to that (in December) we both were only in talks.
*Till 08th January 2020, I had paid the last amount as well (Rs.36K)
*In between the process I told him that my Grandma wasn't well, so I was in a confusion whether to proceed or not, and asked Mr.Sumit Soni to hold the file. But he said, now that my half of the payment was already done and my file was handed over to VISA Department by then, he couldn't stop the process. I pleaded him to not do anything with the file till the time I get some relaxing news or improvement in health of my Grandma. I asked him 1000 times that am ready to talk with his Seniors or whichever Authority(as my file was for Canada). But he kept on denying saying that he would handle the situation there.
*Then on 07th of March 2020 I got a message in WhatsApp from Ms. Pooja asking to submit my further documents. I was so shocked cause I had already informed to Mr.Sumit that I lost my Grandma suddenly & I definitely cannot leave my family in this worst situation. And he was ok with that too, but somewhere he played the game and Ms.Pooja started pinging me regarding further process.
*Then I was trying to get to Mr.Sumit, when he started to avoid my calls, messages. Neither his colleagues were getting him to call me back even after my continuous calls at the Office Number (Given in Google).
*These Days, when am in need of money, all their phone numbers are either 'Switched Off' or 'Temporarily Out of Service'

This is my hard earned money, and am finding it so hard to digest that how can a company be so fraud to it's own client.

Requesting everyone here to please look into the matter as soon as possible and help me out to get my full amount as early as possible.

This guy had sent me SLA also but I have never signed it. It is still here with me (hard copy).

Myself dennis jacob a victim of fraud by cn immigration services. Initially, i got a call from cn immigration promising me a job in canada. The person i believe her name was jyotika asked me to pay rs 2000 for assessment for my profile. Later after 3 days, i got a call from cn confirming my profile as valid. She projected a dream in front of me settling in canada with 70000cad per annum salary. They also managed to arrange a call from canada...

Dear sir/madam,

I am writing this letter to complaint against cn immigartion services pvt ltd. One of the consultant prema called me almost 3 months ago and said we offering jobs in abroad for that you just attend interview from canada government, for this interview you want to pay rs.3350, then i paid, next day they arranged interview and said you selected and given some links in mail. I checked that links but it not opening then said for this you should complete document verification for job and visa, for that you want to pay rs. 94400. Then they send legal agreement and processing please sign it, then i didn, t understand and asked what is it, she said it for visa processing and asked her, here return as no refund, then she said it only for job searching people, you already got job selected in canada interview, okay then signed and sent them. Then she said firstly you verify education credentials by wes and want to take ielts test. I asked why you not told before this. She said your job is already confirmed, it is just mandatory simple test.

Then she transferred my case to saru (Documention verfication head), she said first apply wes and pay wes fee, i beleived and done and she applied wes with my education credentials on my behalf and i asked why you, i can do it myself she said it is rule we only do it and we also inform the status. Wes done and she told take ielts then i taken i got 6 band. She said 6 band is very poor, we unable to process. For processing as per agreement you should take test ielts again and you should get 8 band (Or) pay rs.59000 for appling other privisions in canada. I said i unable to pay extra amount, please process through my low ielts band she said we will not process, if process it rejected. I said okay process if rejected also i happy, they not agreed my terms (Becausre it rejected as per terms they want to pay 30% in paid amount). Then i said i will not stay with your consultancy, kindly refund my amount. They said as per agreement you will not get anything that is zero.

Then i asked her,

Why you taken money before, if your job (Visa processing) started after wes
And ielts??

Why interview done before? Why they said you selected?

Why you and your organization not informed about any ielts before? Why not informed that you get ielts score 8 band only you eligible? Why not this not included in agreement?

Why your consultant prema made flase and wrong commitments?

For all above question she said check agreement and prema is in medical leave and after that she said prema left the job..

I asked please refund, upto now your organization not supported anything because your job stated after ielts. She just said check agreement.

Hence i requesting goverment, please contact with this consultancy and help me in getting my amount back and also punish them for cheating people with wrong and flase commitments.

Myself r. Ashok kumar and i have applied canada pr visa by cn immigration services on 2018 and i have paid rs.1400000 for my spouse and me. I have submitted all the documents to cn services. My file handled by saru (Cn services employee). I have paid the amount for wes process and i have submitted all the document to cn services. They have started the wes process only and that wes approval is getting delay. Now they tell me your agreement date has been expired so we are going to close your file without refund. They have not did consult for my process and suddenly they told we have to close the file.
They are not given proper guidence for this file. So i am asking the refund as per norm from 70-75% from my paid amount. But they are not ready to given.
Wes process will be fully depend upon the eca services. So kindly take this case as most priority and do the refund.

I have already paid the amount of inr, 89000 for pr immigration.

Initially they told me that this is the overall process fees. But thereafter they have asked me for inr 15000 for wes. I have paid that also.

My ielts score is 5.5band score..

Because of this low score i have opted for provinces mode. But your consultant saru has asked me to pay the amount

Inr 46000 again for province's mode of agreement.

Why should i pay the amount? Please clarify me

The company gave a brief about themselves as an agency assisting in processing work visas to canada. However every now and then they demanded money for various processes which was only a sham. Nothing credible was done and concluded that now i cannot go to canada but will be able to go to hong kong after another hefty payment. They sent one agreement which i signed and sent back and they are now claiming that everything was told in advance....

Some months ago i got a call from cn for canada pr visa application process, caller name is jyotika. She said that they found my profile from naukri.com, because of more than 7 years of experience as electrical engineer i am eligible for canada pr. She provide me all the half details...

This you can say ignorance does not guarantee immunity in the face of the law. I fully agree but wooing with false promises and till collecting money the whole amount and after signing sla saying that we will adhere to documents based on a checklist (Instead of telling when checking eligibility criteria or telling that we are going to send to robert half (The company in which they never did anything except to shield them that they have already started the pr procedure. Well planned execution of deceiving without anyone ever able to question their real motives and thriving on lies, other's desires and false promises. I know that they will clear all these charges since i am very foolish enough even after repeated warnings from other's emails which clearly stated their evasive policy and money-minded attitude.
