CN Immigration Services — white collar crime in cheating people in pretext of visa

Myself dennis jacob a victim of fraud by cn immigration services. Initially, i got a call from cn immigration promising me a job in canada. The person i believe her name was jyotika asked me to pay rs 2000 for assessment for my profile. Later after 3 days, i got a call from cn confirming my profile as valid. She projected a dream in front of me settling in canada with 70000cad per annum salary. They also managed to arrange a call from canada confirming my job in canada. Now after the interview, she said i need to pay the amount of 84000+gst and then sign the legal agreement with the company. I clearly mentioned her i have not completed my graduation yet and dont have ielts score. She said it is perfectly fine and you dont need to worry as your job is secure. After paying the whole amount, i was assigned a case manager named pooja. She called and informed me that i need ielts and wes and atleast 8 lakh in funds. To which i replied why such vital information was not conveyed to me before signing the contract. To whcih she became rude and said to complete all the formality or else my process will be closed. I appeared for ielts and got score of clb 5, she said this score is so low we cant process your case and insited on higher score. I said i cant get high score you either process my case with this score or process my refund for which she rejected. I again applied for ielts and got clb 7. But now pooja said your contract has expired and we cant do anything.. Please help me in processing my refund
