I am living in Agrasen Cooperative Group Housing society, 66 I.P Extention, Patparganj, Delhi - 110092 since 1994 and have always abide by the norms and mandate of the society but it gives me pain in bringing to your kind notice that in past the incidents that have been enforced against my natural rights of living as resident of the society.
I would like to bring to your kind notice that the parking space allotted to me in the parking area has been violated by management by digging one feet of ground behind my parking space to accommodate the car parking requirement of the MC Member and office bearer of the society.
Not only digging has been done behind my allotted car parking space but at least one feet area of the my allotted parking space has been given to the parking space of MC member which is absolutely unlawful and illegal, how can an allotted space be reduced for a member to fulfil the unjustified and unlawful demand of a MC member and that too from the funds of the society (which is as per my knowledge is running in short of funds).
I would like to bring to your kind notice that the slope behind my car that has been left over by management can lead to sliding down of my car while parking or taking out the car which will definitely result in major damage to my car and the care parked behind my car, I want to make it very clear over here that in case the damage is done to my car I will hold society responsible for the same and in case the damage to the car parked behind my car due to my car coming down on slop, I will not be responsible for the same.
I earnestly request your good office to look in to this alarming situation and get the proper slope get construct over there so that in case the car is not parked behind my care I can drive over my car to my allotted paring space.
The solution provided by the honourable secretary in not acceptable to me that a speed breaker to be put behind my car so that the car doesn’t slide down as speed breaker will be hinderance while parking and taking the car out and will result in major damages to wheels, suspension and chassis of my car.
It give me again pain to bring to your attention that to accommodate a unjustified and unlawful demand of a MC member, my rights of natural living were violated by the management, if the solution is not provided by the management as said above I will not be responsible for any damages done to the car parked behind me and in case any damage happens to my car I reserve full rights to recover it from the society.
I request you to restore the earlier status and get the pit digged by the society to be filled again and get my earlier space recovered that has been added to the parking space of the MC member.
I have sent the above mail to the society management on 02nd February 2021 and have also send a reminder mail after that on 07th March 2021 but sadly no action is taken by the society management on the situation which can lead to life threatening accident while parking or taking out the car from the allotted parking space, this has been done intentionally to benefit the MC member and office bearer in management of the society who happens to be from majority community and it is total harassment to the minority linguistic community which I belong to.
I request your kind intervention to get my legitimate rights restored and absolve from injustice that is happening to me and no action is coming forth from the management
