[Resolved]  Co-operative Society — Regarding Maintenance Changes

Dear Sirs,

Reg. : Charging of Society Maintenance

We are living in Panvel. Our Society Body is charging maintenance on sq. feet basis. Is this correct?

All the members other then Chaiman & Secretary Bycout the proposal of Society Body. Our demand is:

Either charge Society Maintenece fees on fixed monthly charge
Or 2nd option is
on No. of persons in a flat (per person basis) becuase we are paying society maintenance charges for usage of lift, water etc. etc. as the person increases the usage of water, lift & other facilities increases.

Kindly advice us by refering excat rules of CHS.
