Coca Cola — Lucky bottled lottery winners beneficiary

(this was sent on 27th november)
Later i was informed n mailed that i was the right beneficiary and that a person by robert young would be coming to india for the safe transfer of the cash into my account.
Today, the 3rd november he is said to have reached delhi. and i was asked to pay ₹25, 000 to the finance of india for approval of the cash transfer to be made by robert young to my account in sbi from his account of american bank.
But i'm not provided any security that i am paying without vain
Neither proof of my lucky win.
Please provide me full detail about the issue.
