Cocacola Company — cold drinks price taken more than written as mrp

1) coca cola price is about 38 indian rs but shoppers said we need to pay 40 rs otherwise they said don't buy it
2) is coca cola given the permission to sell their products at higher rates than written bottle (More than mrp)
3) they said they need to pay electricity bill to keep cold drinks cold, so what why we pay them extra to shoppers than mrp
