Cocacola Company — Fridge is not working from one month | |||
Sir, This is Front desk manager from Hotel New SS Residency. I would like to register a complaint regarding your esteemed company's services. I had registered a complaint regarding the fridge which I have installed at my premises. The response to which was not appropriate. The service person that came said that the compressor was not working and said that it will be replaced within the week. the complaint no. for the same was 80778. After about 20 days when there was no response i went ahead for a complaint with no 81209 and new complaint no. 01995843 still the response is not there. Kindly look into the matter to resolve it at the earliest. Otherwise I need to step ahead for the other companies. We are fedup from your company service. It is too poor.
