Cocacola Company — my fridge is not working

My name is soban choudhary
I am from ghaziabad, i am operating a shop in jhandapur sahibabad, for the past 5 yrs, but coca-cola company supply is irregular, and no support from distributer and also from management
My fridge is not cooling properly, i have lodged the complain in customer care but he will take my fridge, but he was send my fridge and i am very much fed up from this problem so please, solve my fridge problem and alow me make a good and fruitful relation with coca-cola, i would appreciate if some necessary action will be taken as early as possible to keep seller and buyer relations healthy..
