I had made a complaint for non receipt of refrigerator of your company for my retail business on 3/8/16. I received email reply from your company person mr. Ramesh kumar sharma on same day stating that your compsny's sales personnel will contact me soon but till date no one from your side has contacted. After that i sent reminder thtough emails to mr. Ramesh kumar sharma on 5/8/2016, 11/8/2016 and 17/8/2016. But no reply to that also bern made by company till today.
