We have started our restaurant Heritage Spices Restaurant at Amber Road, Jaipur. Miss Anmol mob. No. [protected] and Mr Pramod mob no. [protected]. The company promised and assured to provide a new Frize or refrigerator. Also asked for electricity bills and necessary documents. Which we provided to supplier Mr Shankar Singh. This is to inform you that we are dealing with foreign tourists as well as domestic tourists. But because of the old frize which Coca Cola distributer provided we are facing a daily complains and loosing business. Because of not cooling effect we are not able to ask our guest's to pay for. We reminded several times. Today after patience of 8 months. When we called up today to MS Anmol and Mr Pramod they talked in very arrogant way and said that stop purchasing our Coca Cola product. This are not the ethics and manner of dealing with coustmers. I hope They are well educated and professionals and should take care of there behaviour and language. We are the Higest buyer of there product. In our area. We are really disappointed with there behaviour and attitude. They should feel sorry for what they have done. We will try to convince our other restaurant partners to stop dealing with this Coca Cola distributer. Average we purchase every day 10 carats of Coca Cola, 20 carats of mineral water and 8 carats of coke and tonic water etc. Take a strict action against them.
