Sub: Request for supply of consumer products to retail outlet in Srikakulam, Balaga (PIN CODE: 532001)
Dear Business Partner
We are running a retail pharmacy outlet in Balaga, Srikakulam-532001, Andhra Pradesh.
We are regret to inform and bring to your notice that It's been 10 months since we started follow-up with your team to supply consumer products to my outlet for re-sale but so far there is no call/ reply from your end.
Even I contacted many numbers times on coca-cola consumer helpline number[protected] and received every time same reply as "I will be receiving call/ reply from agencies within 24hrs" but no call or reply till date.
Even I sent an e-mail on the same and did followups on the following e-mail: [protected]@coca-cola.com, but there are no updates from them and received reply e-mail as "reference:07903325"
Today (i.e. 1st June 2022) morning also I made a call and again received the same response as above from the consumer helpline executive.
Other company brands are keeping stock in my store whith in 24 hrs post ordering but in your case it's not happening waiting months to months.
Please look into these issues as a priority and do needful ASAP.
