I Mr. Meghji Ranmal Gala owner of the retail shop M/S Shah Ranmal Raghavji &Co. located at 87, Thanawala Chawl, S. J. Marg, Lower Parel (West), Mumbai - 400013. would like to complain about the non receipt of refrigerator to sell your products.

I have already given the application for the refrigerator and submitted all the required documents with your salesman Mr.Satish 4-5 months back. I hav called him reminded him so many times for the same. But his response is totally irresposible.

Kindly look into the matter as soon as possible and revert back to me on my given contact number and send me the refrigerator.
