Cocacola Company — paytm cashback

I purchased two bottles of thumbs up and in accordance to the instructions pasted the code given behind the sticker and sent it to the number [protected]. However, i have not received any code back via sms in spite of sending the codes correctly to the number given in the instructions. Please look into this and act accordingly.
