To The ceo Coca-cola india Mumbai Respected sir, I feel terribly sorry to inform you that your soft drinks like coke, coca cola, thumbs up are being recently downgraded on its quality standards. And as a big fan and loyal customer of your product, i consider this as my ethical responsibility to inform you so that necessary due diligence can be carried out. Yours has always been a preferred choice by almost all our customers who to our restaurant. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said at present. We have to suffer a lot of embarrassment when customers complain about the quality of your products which has already costed me a waste of my coca cola inventory worth inr 6, 000 approximately. May i therefore request you to make arrangements to reimburse this amount and inquire on the reasons of deteriorating quality before it moves more customers always from it.
