I am sending mail from the day when i have received their kit and after 15 days & so phone calls many calls & three reminder your reply come. Very bad customer care service.
Wrong commitment by salesman. He told me that you can visit to your referance doctor & send us the bills. We will reuimbrse it to your account directly. I visited to the doctor & i have sent the bills for reuimbersment, i got a reply that your bill cant be processed. You have to told us before visit. I tried your customer care so many times whole day, but your are not picking my call, so its not problem.in this regard i have already droped a mail stating that your customer care is not picking my call & i also told this to the salesman who sales me this policy and i dont want this kind of policy that first i have to call you & tell you. I dont have spare of time for that. Your sales man not told me about that. Another thing i have received health check coupan. Your sales man told me that you both can do health chaeck up same time. But here you are telling it will be done after six month. But i agree with that, but when i drop a mail for for utilisation of my first coupn, you refuse to collect the sample from my home but your salesman told me that we will collect it from your home. & your customer care told me that i can visit to any lab & take a discount of rs500/- but yor sales man told me 1 coupn is rs 1500/-. As per your rule, i have initated your customer care before visit.
